I find it so funny how they keep trying to fight each other but like Victor is genuinely no match for Eli. He keeps throwing himself into these fights and it's literally 0-3. He went to get revenge on Eli and ended up shot 3 times and stuck in jail for 10 years. He goes to get his revenge Again and Eli kills him. He's 100% about lose the third fight before Sydney got there. Man refuses to admit he's outmatched. He'll probably try to go for a round 4 if Eli comes back to life. He'll probably either lose again or tie. He's such a loser. I love him

Obsessed with the fact that pre-EOs Victor is just a wannabe edge lord and Eli has literally committed murder

Eli would listen to Take Me To Church by Hozier and fully think it was a religious song. Victor has to break the news to him and then he deletes it from all his playlists

must representation be “good”? is it not enough to watch two men destroy each other's lives

“sydney healing era” this and “sydney deserves a happy ending” that
i need sydney clarke to go batshit crazy. i need her to rage. i need her to let herself grieve and be angry and destroy everything in her path - until she ultimately finds peace.

"Sex is what makes us human" is stupid. Almost every species fucks. Humans are the only species that jumps motorcycles over school buses that are on fire. Some other things too probably

He's a 10 but he wanted to die just so he could test a science theory which btw, wasn't even for his own project.

A meaning about the alliteration in Vicious/Vengeful I haven’t seen anyone talk about is how Victor Vale and Marcella Morgan are born with their alliterating names but Eli Ever is a fake name for Eli Cardale.
Something something, Eli not choosing his ruthless nature until he dies and looses his soul while Victor and Marcella were always kind of like that.

Everytime I see someone say that Vicious is about good v evil I have to wonder if we read the same book. Eli? Good?? Victor? Good??
Imo the hero v villain is a lot closer to critising the blind agreement of people we like, than a who's morally correct question. As the reader, we can recognise that Eli mercilessly killing EOs is bad. And so is the police force allowing him! But that doesn't make Victor 'doesnt try to bring Angie back even though he knows he should, and is driven by revenge' Vale the good person.
Rather than good v evil I'd argue the conflict is religion v science. As it's very much Eli 'I put myself in God's Hand' Ever Vs Victor 'The body is a machine' Vale.

You're telling me I have to do a senior thesis next year? The thing that permanently altered the trajectory of Victor and Eli's lives?

Dominic having Victor Mitch and Sydney in his phone as big man, boss man and tiny terror was actually so funny of him we do not give that man enough credit
