"Um.....n-nothing! Its nothing. Nothing for someone like you to worry about!" Tanya looked away while adjusting her papers. Glancing back at the girl in the meantime.

"Teething?" Qiqi repeated without understanding what Tanya meant. Regardless, the little girl kept idly suckling on her finger. She stared back at Tanya watching her closely. "TanTan... why did your heart speed up?" Qiqi softly asked. A strange question, but as a jiangshi, she could sense such things.

Tanya has found it hard to ignore what she is doing yet tries to anyway by closing her eyes. Calming herself. "I am fine as well....are you teething right now? Are you sure you are alright?" Tanya would ask before glancing back at her. Such an odd behavior.

"...hm?" Qiqi hummed softly then stuck her finger in her mouth as she looked up at Tanya. "Qiqi is... fine. How is TanTan?" the little girl asked and began adorably suckling on her finger.

"Is there something wrong QiQi?" Tanya would ask while seeing her walk up to her desk, its been ages since she had seen the girl but QiQi seems to be fine. The girl seems to be deep in thought however.

The little jiangshi wanders into Tanya's office. The thoughtless expression on her face makes it clear that she doesn't really have a plan, and is just curious about what Tanya is up to. After all, they are dating, so its only natural for her to want to be with her girlfriend.

Walking up to Tanya's desk, Qiqi stands there and sips on her coconut milk cup. The icy girl is silent except for the soft slurping noise from the straw.

Asuka saw that the pint sized colonel who talked like an old man had returned and it was only polite that she say hello and give her a proper salute. After all Tanya was better than most of the NERV higher ups.

"Guten Morgan Colonel Degurechaff, I'm pleased to see you again. It's not often I run into any soldiers from my homeland. I hope you are doing well." The redhead spoke in her 'good girl' persona as she did with any superior officers besides Misato.

"Erm, yes Guten Tag. Miss Asuka." Tanya remarked, not sure how she got into her office but she doesn't mind the greeting nor her appearing here. She is a very welcomed face amongst all the higher ups she had to deal with plus she is cute too. A decent distraction from work.

Settling down her papers, she would remark candidly. "I am doing well enough but I am guessing this is but a social call? The Empire does appreciate her people being concerned towards those that protect them." Tanya tries to be cordial about it but is curious all the same.
