Ugh started off the 7th day with an unbelievable amount of noodles and broth and soft drinks. Walking feels harder, feel so weighed down. Ridiculously flabby and round and firm at the same time. He took part in a weight loss challenge in which he said he went from weighing 78kg to over 200kg in just 4 years after getting married, despite never giving up playing football.

He left the challenge after losing just 5kg in 5 months and is fatter than ever and still plays football.
