#jon/adio and di/ejoni...#jona and di0 being called back to in sbr with joni and die makes me very happy and emotional#I understand why araki didn't focus the story around them as much as the original timeline did#but i did appreciate that he wanted to compare their counterparts#joni and die are so different from their counterparts. so different.#joni isn't a jojo fighting for justice nor does he care about the world around him. he's too selfish to consider righteousness#what he wants is to fight for what he wants and what he cares about... he isn't like jona at all#and die... his perspective is all too different from di0#i like that araki wants to portray die much more sympathetic than di0.. instead of trying to rule the world#die wants to exact revenge in honor of his mother.. but di0 resents and looks down upon his mother#unlike di0's complex around jona... it's joni who's hateful and obsessed with die...#actually.. die isn't very much in the wrong at all before SBR.. it's joni's resentment and his pettiness that antagonizes die...#unlike di0 who is petty and resentful and hateful of jona...#joni is more similar to di0 in that regard...#they're similiar and yet opposites of their counterparts..#so interesting#i love the callback to part 1 overall. It's so important#i feel like to really appreciate the entire narratiuve you absolutely have to acknowledge jona and di0's history as it is#and how they loved and resented eachother. It's important. you have to appreciate it#you can't ignore it.. i'm just sorry

this past week have been completely terrible and i am going through a lot of stress and paranoia and built up anxiety. But it will be ok. i'm just going to draw and not think about it
