22 days binge free and stayed 700 or under, here are my tips :p
Protein and fibre are way more important than you think! Eggs, chicken, ham, yogurts, cottage cheese etc. They kept me fuller for longer which ment I could go without snacking often and or binging.
I ate shit I actually liked, eg, I love scrambled eggs, toffee protein yogurts, stir fry veg, crisps (chips if ur American) and sweet stuff. For me as long as it fit my deficit I allowed it in moderation, kept me from just sayin fuck it and eating it all in 1 day (example I had this seafood noodle thing that was like 400 cal, I waited for a day I ate a bit less then usual and let myself have it. Haven't craved it since much and gets rid of that scarcity mindset)
Black coffee!! Omg I love coffee sm and it gives me a boost in the morning and usually keeps morning cravings at bay
I slept tones, naps and all. If ur sleeping u can't eat, yayayyaya
I didn't work out much besides walking, working out especially hardcore ones makes u so hungry and yeah no, if u wanna workout u do u but you'll be hungrier then before
Low cal snacks are a lifesaver, 90 cal fibre bars, 77cal crisps, etc. They're easy to grab and keep me on track
I don't weigh myself cus I can't rly, so I was way more motivated to see ACTUAL results rather then a number. I know this won't work for everyone but that's just me
Food scale was bomb, way easier to cook meals and portion out. Especially w high cal foods like mayo or cheese I trusted way more weighed out
Cleaning lol, I'm a stay at home gf so I cook and clean tones and cleaning to me is so therapeutic and makes me feel organised.

I have noticed an alarming amount of "coaches" and EDblrs popping up in youngers DMs. It's very disgusting to me. I've seen 5 in the past hour alone.

as the weather is getting gloomier and gloomier by the day please remember to implement supplements in your day to day life - vitamins D and C, iron, magnesium. remember to drink warm drinks like tea or just warm water with lemon slices if you don't like tea. and to moisturise your face/lips to protect it from harsh wind.
here it's been raining and raining and raining, the weather shifted and now we are truly well into autumn. its supposed to be warmer for a few days next week but after that it will be getting only colder and gloomier. if its also the case for you then remember to adjust to the weather accordingly - getting sick will only slow you down and make you feel terrible, let's take care of ourselves as much as we can to not deal with any more issues than we are already dealing with okay? <3
