HEY YOU!!
gentle reminder that it is always okay to take a mental health day for yourself, but it’s better to play it smart!
don’t just scroll tumblr and eat chips n such the whole day because TRUST me it will make you feel worse. if you wanna feel better you could go outside, listen to music, eat healthy food and do some hygiene, you’ll get a lot more out of your day that way! (at least that’s what i do)
have fun yall and feel better!

I went for a walk on the moors; even though it was very foggy the cold felt good against my cheeks. It was a good way to start the year – watching the cliffs drop away into the fog made me think of the year ahead and everything that might happen, everything I can’t see yet. I’m so excited to see what this year brings

dont ever think you cant be cottagecore and dark and mysterious at the same time. you havent heard of revolving bookshelves that hold many books about plants and animals leading into rooms filled with animal bones and banned literature? basement trapdoors hidden under rugs you knitted yourself with who knows what in the depths of it? shed for gardening tools actually leading to underground tunnels that take you to somewhere deep in the woods? that planter with the tomatoes in it? you buried something there. this tree? you put something there for the bark to grow around it, never meant to be seen again. the crows, bring you things because you feed them and the owls can always be seen in your trees because the garden attracts many critters. vultures fly in the sky over your woods because, well… you know.
