I have to admit...I totally screwed up. Big time. I stopped dieting & exercising. I gained all the weight back and more. I kept thinking, I'll lose all this in no time! I have plenty of time. I'm too busy. I'm too tired. I'll start tomorrow. It was a slippery slope. For almost 2 years. Until a friend came and knocked some sense into me! She forced me to see what I was putting myself through. I finally saw myself...and am so grateful to her for it! I can't keep my head in the sand and think everything's all okay anymore.
