so i know i havent been on in a while. i still have fierce deity (my fd blog is kiishiin if anyone missed the promo) and ravio ofc. i just. i think i need a bit of a break away from these blogs. i will be making another blog in the meantime, and i’ve decided on who it is, but i will return to these when i feel ready. promise. ♥

`` nope! just 1200 rupees. normally i charge 800 to buy some bombs but unfortunately i’m all out of materials. so the extra 400 is for a materials gatherin’ price.

                                  with a grin, he leaned                               in, as if sharing a secret with                                                 her.

`` if ya want them to go extra-boom, it’s 1600 rupees.

                  ( extra-boom as in he’ll pack some more firepower in. )

`` we got a deal, missus hero?

               “Huh.” She shrugged, indifferent to his mood change.

     Not that she didn’t care, well, she didn’t particularly care for his life’s story, and he seemed to be rambling a bit. Thankfully he didn’t linger too much on the topic and changed to something more interesting. Things that went boom.

     With a grin and her hands now on her hips she gave him an affirmative nod of her head.

               “Ya got that right. Bombs are neat. Especially

                when fired from a crossbow. You’re not about to

                ask me to do your chores and then charge me

                for it, are ya? I’m not too fond of that. That sounds

                like something Link would get suckered into.”

                                     curiosity                                overrode his fear                         at link being possibly angry.

`` cat got your tongue, mister hero...?

                         ( the blond’s too close. )

`` you’re not angry, are ya...? for me hidin’... this?

                                            ( his identity, more like. )

       The hero continued to just blink, carefully picking the blankets up with one hand- And consequently, Ravio. Holding him in front of his face, Link gave him a look of both concern and questioning. Why was Ravio scared of him, suddenly? It wasn’t as if Link was in his beast form, or.. Nevermind. 

       His ears twitched as he waited for an explanation, though Ravio would likely be put back down before that. Link’s arm was sore..

                                 it came blurting out,                           his mind automatically playing                     the demon’s twisted game. he was stuck.

`` nn, but the mask isn’t mine to give... mister hero’ll be angry...

`` m-my question for ya is... what are ya?

Were its eyes deceiving it, or was the little cupcake-bunny trembling, just a little? Good. Majora didn’t back away as requested, instead shuffling approximately an inch nearer to Ravio as he made his slight bid for space. “Be happy I’m more interested in that mask than I am in you.”

It left the cryptic–statement? Threat?–to stand on its own as it considered the stuttered truth it had been told. Not being able to see some lady again. That could be boiled down to… Not being able to see, maybe…

“How cute.” A compliment that, coming from the demon, sounded way more like an insult. It straightened, then moved to go round to one side of its newest plaything, as if offering him a chance to escape. Or, he could continue playing the game– “I choose truth, too.”

☯ The first time Link comes back to the house and Ravio has set up shop there

“WHAT!?"

One of the first words Mister Hero said to Ravio – his bed in the corner, tables propped up; walls remained the same but everything was shoved in places. Items lay upon the tables, the hero-boy looking angry within his doorway.

“Oh, hey mister hero! Nice to see ya! Don’t’cha like my shop?”

“Ravio – wh – why!? My house!”

The green clad warrior boy ran into the home; slamming the door. His face was crestfallen and Ravio could only frown. The items were made for him, with Ravio’s own magic... And he seemed unhappy!

“These items are up for sale, mister hero! The first item’s half price -- for rent, not sale!!”

Mister Hero could only seem angry and upset... But relaxed. So did he like it...? Time would tell Ravio.

                                  backing up slightly, he                            ravio shook faintly. this was bad.                       things weren’t going well, it seemed. not                                               at all.

It snickered, stooping again in another attempt to initiate eye-contact. “You won’t be giving it away. I’ll be taking it from you!” There was a difference! But it was determined to have a little fun with the poor guy before it went on its way, hence the game.

“Truth, huh?” Majora needn’t think for along in order to come up with what it wanted to know: something it could use in the near future. “Hee, all right! What do you fear the most? Remember, no lying! I’ll know if you lie!” Though it really wouldn’t.

Hey. So I know this is random but I figured I should share it. It’s internet-specific but it can be applied in real life too!!

I’ve seen and have been the victim of hate anons ( which, in essence, is cyber bullying ) so I figured if we can get this spread around it might make tumblr a little nicer place. That includes people negatively spreading opinions and causing total shitstorms over the tiniest of things.

If you listen and share it, we can all make the world a bit of a better place; even if it’s in our little corner of tumblr.

                            sheerow fluttered down                         onto ravio’s finger, eating the                     bird seed from his other hand. the                 cucumber sandwich stayed in the basket                                         for now.

`` you’re welcome, princess. my house is fine, just still a mess on the inside. i went to check it. someone stole sheerow’s cage, but that was just used for travelin’ and he’s quite happy it’s gone.

                ( and they destroyed your bed. but don’t worry hilda with that. )

`` the people are kind of happier lately. they’re workin’ hard alongside ya to fix up the kingdom... i think that’s a good thin’, though.

They settled down in one of the nicer meadows. The sheet laid down first before they both sat and placed the basket between them. It was a modest but delicious spread, and one Hilda was growing more and more glad to taste. She hadn’t realized how hungry she was.

“Thank you,” she spoke, taking the roast beef sandwich. Hilda knew Ravio didn’t eat meat, so she knew which food items were meant for her. The cucumber one was saved for him.

“How is your house doing?” she asked him as they started to eat. “I know while you were gone there were more earthquakes, so… just remember, the offer always stands. You’re welcome at the castle, should you ever need it.”

`` ravio’s the name!! friends... sorta. i kinda am borrowin’ his house, ya see! he’s lendin’ it to me and in return, i’m lettin’ him buy my items -- for a price. i gave him my bracelet, too; which apparently absorbed some really dark magic so he wasn’t afflicted. good thing too, huh? haha!!

        Perhaps it would be best not to disclose his relationship to said hero to this purple-haired figure– this one seemed rather innocent.

    “You seem to have a lot of confidence in him; are you two friends?” 

        As well-known and cherished as Hyrule’s beloved hero was, Dark couldn’t recall him having the biggest circle of friends. Perhaps this stranger was simply a distant admirer– one of many, at that. “… and I don’t recall having learned your name in return.”
