They run little - I needed to return one sets and request 1/2 size bigger.

The shoe is tight: This is not out of the ordinary for a cowhide shoe and i'm certain with some wear, it'll stretch. I wear a 11.5" 4E width and it was tight around the boundary of my feet. Time to break them in.

The heel is low: Compared to the old NB shoes, the heel is a lot of lower. This makes your "punctured tire" hazard significantly higher while sliding your shoes on and off, so you'll have to extricate the bands somewhat more while getting these shoes on.

The help is unique: It feels like there is more help along the impact points and the sides of the wads of the feet. The midriff curve bolster was greatly improved in the more seasoned shoes.
