It's my 10 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳

...meaning 10 years ago, I was delving into my absolute infatuation with twenty one pilots.

a lot has happened since then. I got a ukulele tattoo 8 years ago, the meaning of which covers a few topics but one of them is, inevitably, TOP.

my favorite band isn't TOP anymore. I guess that was also kind of inevitable. I grew, I evolved. now I make my own music and I have a modest but enthusiastic following. and despite having broadened my musical horizons beyond what I ever thought possible, I still find myself coming back when I need refuge in a song, and I still find remnants of their inspiration in my own work.

I'm waffling on a bit here, but... nostalgia can really grip you sometimes, huh?
