Well, PI, please consider improving your public library system and involve e-reading but limited. Please include classics from your region, especially those part of ASEAN. I hope that you can improve the Manila Museum of Art to include gorgeous art from your region and whereabouts. I would also recommend that you take an interest in 'astronomy' as it relates to your particular region. And perhaps one day, you'll have your own Hadyn Planetarium. And of course, a Botanical Garden. Though I prefer to put that in Davao.
