Venipede are frequently mistaken for cute, harmless Pokemon due to their small size. Trainers who make this mistake tend to regret it, as they are highly aggressive.

Whirlipede can uncurl their bodies, but rarely do this because it exposes their vulnerable undersides.

Venipede are also known for rolling into balls when pestered, but unlike their evos, they can't move around while rolled.

Scolipede can be ridden. However, only a few select experienced trainers manage to do this due to the species speed, aggression, and general dislike of people trying to ride it.

The line absolutely loves honey. Bug-type specialists swear it's the best tool for training them.

Its thought that its shiny coloration arose as a warning to predators that it's poisonous. In some areas with extremely dangerous Pokemon, these rare shinies are more common.

The line are opportunistic hunters that will prey on anything smaller than them. Wild Scolipede have been seen taking down Zebstrika before.

The line prefers a humid, warm environment. They are also nocturnal and generally prefer to hang out in shady spots when available.

The line is territorial and live on their own out in the wild; it's best not to keep more than one of them together unless you're trying to breed them.
