Got a second commission from my friend who wanted a recreation of a moment in VRChat of my new wicker cuddling her new derg.

I learnt a thing or two about multi-coloured hair from last time, and I think I've improved on it. Oh and I changed my signature to more accurately reflect my name

Recently got commissioned by a friend to draw their sona as a shy dragon. I experimented with a couple new methods on the eyes and shirt which I think turned out quite well. Though the multi-coloured hair sections were a bit of a struggle for me

This took way longer then it should have since work ate up so much of my time. But now I finally have the time! This is but the first piece of Falisha's ref sheet I plan to make in full. But I was so proud of this one I wanted to post it on its own now.

After making the L-SAR. I was further inspired by Deep Rock Galactic to make a pickaxe that could be feasibly used for both mining and as a weapon effectively. However to be a practical weapon it needs to be lighter and shorter to be able to swing it like a Japanese Kama. And a pickaxe needs to be longer and heavier to make hefty swings at rock and stone. So I sat and thought and designed until I could come up with a quick single movement that can convert one to the other and this is what I came up with. Anyone who plays deep rock could easily see what parts and paint job I used as references here. Though I made some minor tweaks.

Someone told me it'd be a good idea to start posting my art on Tumblr so here we are. L-SAR 308 stands for Lead Storm Aura Redesign - .308 caliber This is one of the hardest drawings I've made to date. All of the blueprint parts were quite simple but the 3D fully coloured bit on the top right was extremely hard to draw the line-work for. As 3D drawing and that angle on the tail was a real challenge. But after the hard work I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.

So I play Deep Rock Galactic and when I got the idea for this drawing, my at the time girlfriend and I were planning to play that game together and she wanted to play Gunner. And because I always immerse myself into the video games I play by projecting my character into the game, that would mean that since Secarious is my character, then my gf would be Aura, his wife. And so the next thought I had was "How would Aura be able to fill the roll of gunner?" because her arms wouldn't be strong enough to lug around a giant minigun. So I started coming up with a design that could have the same firepower but instead utilize the strength she has in her tail. And that led us to here, a fully designed and blueprinted weapon that attaches to Aura's tail so she can bring the same firepower as the gunner's minigun. Unfortunately said girlfriend and I split before I could finish it and we never got around to playing DRG together, but I still wanted to finish the project.
