Do you need help?

I don't like trips like this. The road is long and I always worry how many creatures could be back at the clinic? How many are back there suffering and for my help because I ran out of one ingredient for one remedy? A very important remedy for a very common ailment but still, leaving the clinic alone never sits well with me.

I don't very much like the winter, but the cold wind makes it easier for ghosts to stop by.
