#WWwdPrep Mission 1: Honda & Other New Openings

Honda used Wakey!Wakey!’s song Twenty Two in their Honda CR-V commercial that’s been played in national TV in the US.

That offers us at Team Wakey many great ways to reach out to new people, who have now heard Wakey!Wakey!, but don’t know about the band.

The Mission: Option A: Turn a conversation from the Honda commercial to Wakey!Wakey!. This can happen in the physical world while watching TV or talking about it or online. (Check the end of this post for tips in finding opportunities.) The main thing is that you tell about Wakey!Wakey! to someone who probably hasn’t heard of them.

Option B: If A just doesn’t sit right with you, you can brainstorm other topics that naturally lead to Wakey!Wakey! (One Tree Hill, James Blunt and Brooklyn do not count as submissions)

Submit: to teamwakeywakey(at)gmail.com Pictures are nice addition to the submission, but it’s understandable that most cases probably don’t work that way. Submission deadline: Wednesday February 29th, 2012.
