Advice to stakeholders
We also made a document with advice to our stakeholders to give them advice for future use. This document can be found here: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/track?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:516fbcb5-30c0-429c-8cd5-1d36a80d7639

Friends
In the upper right corner is a Friends tab.
Tumblr media
When you click on that, you can see your friends and when you click on a friend, you go to their page.
Tumblr media
This Friends page is actually the same as the Profile page, but with the coler of Red Bull instead of Mercedes and it has Max Verstappen. So everyone can make their own customization for their Profile when they make it for the first time. And as you can see in the upper right corner there is also a message saying that you completed a challenge. So when you complete a challenge you get an animation alert in the upper right corner.

Standings Page
For the Standings page we only went for one leaderboard and that’s the Friends Standings. We did this because it was more time efficient for us to only make one leaderboard
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This alslo looks different than our initial designs because we now have real faces and the whole grid is filled

We also added a Standings Page
Tumblr media
Here you can see the Friends Standings. This is where you can see where you stand against your friends on the grid.
Tumblr media
This page is where you can battle against your Rivals every Race Week.
Tumblr media
And this is the Global Standings list where you can see the biggest fan of the world, but you can filter per country

We have also done some wireframe testing
Wireframe testing
After we created our wireframe, we wanted to do some user testing. We asked some of our interviewees to do the testing. And to get helpful and accurate results we set up some basic tests for the testers to do.
Find your top trophies on the profile page.
Find the Legends Rising: Michael Schumacher challenge.
Go to the Race Week page.
Find how many points you get from watching the Race.
Who is in your crew?
Find where you can vote Driver of the Day.
Go to Rewards page.
Buy a reward.
Try to filter rewards.
During the testing we’ve got some useful feedback.
Tester 3 said: It took a while to find the Legends Rising: Michael Schumacher challenge. They all kind of looked the same, and it just looks like a big list with the same images. That also goes for the Race Week page, it’s all too similar and hard to see differences.
Since this is just the Wireframe, we wanted to test so that we understand these issues. But to fix this we have added more design to the pages, visually pleasing separation lines, clear images and supporting titles make it a lot easier to find certain challenges now. We’ve also added a way to see what challenges are done and which ones are in progress.
Testers 1 and 2 said: All the challenges are done; I haven’t found any problems. I was trying to find your crew, but then I saw it was in the race week tab, instead of your profile tab.
About the Crew, we’ve talked about this, and we decided that it makes more sense to have your crew near the challenges instead of having them on the profile page to keep the profile page less cluttered.

We have done some interviews and this is a short summary of it
Interview Questions
Age/Gender?
How long have you been a fan of F1?
What do you like about the sport?
What races do you watch? (F1,F2,F3,Fe,Fw,Quali,Fp123,Race)
Do you play the F1 game?
Do you watch other content related to F1, like Docu’s or historic races? If so, what?
Do you have F1TV Pro?
Would you buy F1TV Pro if you have no other way to watch it?
If possible, would you go to bars/cafe to watch F1?
Is there anything specific you would like to see in a f1 Loyalty program?
Do you go races in real life or have you ever attended one?
What kind of rewards would you like to see if you were to engage in a loyalty program?
For research purposes alongside our survey, I’ve taken a few interviews in different age groups. These are a summary of the answers we’ve gathered from the interviews:
Age/Gender?
The age differences from 14 years to 71 years old.
How long have you been a fan of F1?
We have interviewed new fans up to fans for over 30+ years.
What do you like about the sport?
Most people liked the excitement of the sport. Some people liked it because they like cars, but then again, they also love the excitement of the sport.
What races do you watch? (F1,F2,F3,Fe,Fw,Quali,Fp123,Race)
All of the interviewees watch the race, most of them watch the qualifying as well, and some watch the free practice.
Do you play the F1 game?
Only a few of the people we have interviewed played the F1 game. Some played the game a couple times and only a couple play the game a lot.
Do you watch other content related to F1, like Documentaries or historic races? If so, what?
The most interviewees also watches other content related to F1.
 Do you have F1TV Pro?
About half of the interviewees has F1TV Pro.
Would you buy F1TV Pro if you have no other way to watch it?
The ones that already have F1TV Pro would have bought it if they had no other way to watch it, and half of the ones that don’t have F1TV Pro would buy it.
If possible, would you go to bars/cafes to watch F1?
Almost all interviewees would like to watch F1 in cafes if it’s possible.
Is there anything specific you would like to see in a F1 Loyalty program?
Almost all the interviewees would like some sort of leader board to show their dedication to the sport as a true fan.
Do you go to races in real life or have you ever attended one?
Only a couple of people have attended a live race and most of them would like to if they had the chance.
What kind of rewards would you like to see if you were to engage in a loyalty program?
Most interviewees talked about signed merchandise or discounts.

Next up is the challenges page, where you can see the weekly and the regular challenges
Tumblr media
This one is pretty basic and doesn’t build much hype to complete the challenge. So we made an iteration:
Tumblr media
This builds up more hype. But there is no overview of how far you have gotten with the weekly challenge and even the title of where the race takes place is missing. So we made another iteration:
Tumblr media
Here everything is clear and clean.

After making the rewards shop, we started making the profile page
Tumblr media
This was one of the first designs for the prototype. It’s very basic and not much color that represents your favourite team. So we decided to make an iteration of this one:
Tumblr media
Here is more representation of your favourite team, but we were missing a profile picture to represent yourself. So we added that in the next iteration:
Tumblr media
Here is the profile picture implemented, but everythings seems a bit out of place. So we decidet to re-arrange everything and also added the top trophies section where you can see your most valuable trophies:
Tumblr media
We than made another profile for a fan of Red Bull:
Tumblr media
This will be the layout for the profile pages for every account, with different favourite teams and drivers.
