This trip has been nothing but cheeks. I work more than 12s a day. On the weekends, no one wants to do shit but drink. We're in Alaska. It's beautiful!!!

Last night we went to a mid strip club. As expected, it's Alaska and we're in a small town. No one even sat at the stage to tip the girls!!! I don't enjoy the scene at all but if we wasted our money to get in, at least have the decency to help these entertainers out. They sat far from the stage scared AF. I went ahead sat up front then it turned into an alright time. I was putting tips in front of the crew so they didn't have to be shy. It's like they ain't see a naked female before.

In Guam, it was great going on these trips. In Japan same story. IDK if it's the generation, but these cats have to experience something. It doesn't have to be the bars, it doesn't have to be the clubs. Just don't sit in your room and complain that everything sucks.

The outpour of love is amazing. I'm still getting messages from people I've known throughout the past 15 years. This really is the best fraternity, institution, community, whatever you wanna call it, I've been a part of. So many friends that were pulling for me from the jump. I deserve none of this, I've done nothing special. I did what was asked of me by doing my job and taking care of the people around me. This is truly an honor. You won't know what this milestone means from the outside looking in, but to do it in the time I did is a major accomplishment. This dictates the next 5 to possibly 15 years of my life, doing something challenging, that I absolutely love, doing a job where I get to learn so much about the world and bringing people with me, helping them grow to be things that I am not.

There are levels to this, people complain because they are stuck fighting an uphill battle. Get up and fucking put your pride to the side. We are public servants. Get over yourself, play your part on the team and everything will take care of itself.

GANG GANG. WE did it this year. WE got us one, now let's grab our dudes and bring them with us, because that is what leaders do.

Promo. Last week the promos were finalized. I expected the list to leak last week as it usually does, never happened. Fast forward, I get a call from one of my bestest friends that grew up with me in my career, and he had the list. We had an emotional conversation about how we were the old heads now. We're the future. They were wrong to give us this responsibility because we ignorant as fuuuuck. This year we ate. A whole bunch of good dudes selected. Rates were low, but we killed it. People from the last 14 reached out and I can't help to think of the impacts that we have made on each other. This one is for the people. This one is for the culture. Yeah I'll have to wait but this is final, unless I get hemed up. I can now rest easy. We out here!!!

Sunsets in Alaska ❤️

Idk how I feel about this trip. A lot of isolation. I'm pretty much living the dorm life again, I wish I had my own room. My roommate and I are on different shifts but we only see each other at work. It's peaceful here. When the sun sets it lingers on the horizon then makes its way back up in the sky. Been eating healthy, fasting, working out, and a lot of work. Results should be in today, tomorrow there is a ceremony happening. This weekend I'm planning to go to the hot springs. I LOVE hot water. I need a haircut. I hope I could keep up with these work hours. I'm not as young anymore. Tomorrow is going to be a struggle. I need to do laundry.
