i love being in small fandoms so much. my fic gets 21 hits on ao3 and i know everyone in the fandom has read it. if it gets over five likes i’m the best goddamn writer in the whole world. small fandoms feel very much like family. i am but a child showing my aunts the crayon drawing i made of two characters holding hands. y’know.

That sharp pain of reality as you can't scroll through you rare ship on ao3 because there's only 5 fanfics and two of them are not in English

One of my favorite things is, like, when a certain ship or character or idea just has… one person filling most of it. Like, when there’s 20 posts and 15 of them are just ONE person doing their best to sustain the posts. Especially when it’s abt rare pairs.
