Gave squeezing through crowds a go and visited the new Jewel Changi Airport. TBH I was a little bummed and annoyed by all the random randos bumping into me every few minutes or so (cons of being a smol human bean) but I guess humans are adaptive indeed and I got used to it quickly enough. It felt like I was at a spacious and atas shopping mall, imagine ION or Vivo, with a loads of greenery and a huge water phenomenon in the middle keeping everything together. (It also felt like I was in an Avengers spaceship strangely)

On to food, I tried the hugely hyped brown sugar milk with pearls (forgot the actual name) from The Alley and enjoyed it thoroughly. Would enjoy it way more if I didn’t have an ulcer the size of my nail under my tongue but yea, let’s not taint the experience with unpleasantries. Really really wanted to try Shake Shack / Burger and Lobster but the former had an unimaginable snaking long queue and the latter was not opened yet. But no ragrets because I finally tried BITP and absolutely LOOOOOVED IT. Period. I mean, expected right cause I’m a 汤桶. The soup was amazing and I discovered what’s my favourite way of eating steamboat food. (Itsa secret, but HMU and if I like you enough I may share) I also enjoyed making the sauces because it made me felt like a witch, and that I can cook. But obv witch over chef for career choice anyday.
