Then there will be other poster just to question the consumer about the conservation that he is curently using at home. these posters can be used as adds by the supermarket to introduced the project, to make the clients think about the conservation. here again, I used the colors.
Also I've decided to change the typography for something more round and playfull (I think) and to play with arrows to create a reading path for the reader.
typographies = Mr Eaves XL Mod OT - regular / book / bold
Miller Headline - bold and black (for main titles)

posters' tests for the supermarket entry.
Aim : to be noticed by the consumer to inform him that something is different in his supermarket. The last one is better but I don't think that this is the best. I still need to work on it !
Also, for the poster I've decided to use a lot of color to really illustrate the fact that food items are separeted BY COLORS so this is what I want to do in the main poster

New color chart. I just need one more color to complete it. Also the blue is difficult to achieve but I'll try with black beans.

In order to have the graphic on the bags I've decided to use transfer paper. This is really easy to manipulate and I was able to print directly on the linen. heree are the results.
carefull :
no steam / 20sec to 30sec maximum / don't pass again on the transfer when they aren't dry. But the results are super good !!

On the side I worked on the bags' sizes. I remember that a normal person should eat about 1 to 5 portions of fruits/vegetables a day.
1 portion is about 80g to 100g. It means that for a week people eats about 2kg to 3kg of fruits/vegetables per week. That's why I decided to make big bags that can contains more than 2kg. Also for little berries or mushrooms I've decided to make smaller bags (that can contains about 1kg). They can also work for all the categories.
sizes
big = 38cmx30cm
small = 30cmx25cm
What we need for each category :
Humidity = bigs and smalls
Water = bigs and smalls
No light = Bigs
Placed appart = bigs
Cold sensitive = bigs and smalls
No humidity = Bigs and smalls (better smalls)

New version of the packaging.
Typo =
Ratio Modern, Regular - and Mr Eaves XL Mod OT, Regular
I've decided to mix texts and drawings but they look too heavy.
I need to take out some things and also to rework on texts to simplify the informations
For the titles on the front, I've decided to put the conservation method to inform directly the users what they need to do.
I also worked on the text - first to make it easier to understand without cesure for example and then to inform easily the consumer about the utility of the bags.

After going to the supermarket and discussed with the guys that are putting the veggies and the fruits on the shelves, I discover that this isn't the right choice to color the plastic boxes because they're really usefull for the storage. Plus if one breaks, it's easily replacable and you can put what you want inside. (= colored boxes can create a complex logistic for the installation)
Otherwise, labels are printed and people check them to see the price but also the number to weigh their items. It's better to put the color here.

New packaging
This time I put all the fruits and veggies on the bottom of the bag and the indications on the top. Nevertheless there is a strong line between the two of them and if the bottom's language is strong the top's is too weak.. also the typography isn't adapted to this language and looks weird on the packaging.
I also add the colors that I got with the food's dyeing but they don't have the same intensity and don't really works good together.

Finally I've decided to make them all by hand so I can keep organic shapes, something closer to fruits and veggies. It can also remind people about childhood with drawings or stamps fruits and veggies that we had.
the next step is to organize them by categories and to linked them with the colors

Nevertheless they are stronger than the previous version - need to continue in this idea. Also the typographie is super important to be coherent with the graphical part - need to begin to think about typo that can support the stamps

I tried to make the stamps on illustrator but they don't have a strong language as expected.

Stamp Tests - ink and food items.
SAC = potatoes cut
below = clementines / peppers / lemons
Strong image/ graphic pattern - but I don't want to spoil a lot of fruits and vegetables to make the bags = I need to find another solution close to stamped fruits and veggies but digital. (easier to produce and also better 'cause I'm working on food waste and the objective is not to waste a lot of food)
