i don’t usually post fandom meta on tumblr like, ever, but i just have SO many thoughts about the OK KO finale i’d love to share, especially regarding professor venomous’s character arc, so i’m here to bring out some of my personal analysis about it!

The fact that Venimous’s instant reaction when TKO punched the literal shadow evil out of him was to say “go ahead and hit me” speaks volumes to me tbh I’m pretty sure he was possessed just as bad as KO was except we didn’t get to see it on screen. ESPECIALLY since he screamed for Fink when back when he was still possessed he could give two shits about her. He returned to his normal self, and you can’t return to your normal self unless it’s taken from you in the first place.  And then after his power-mad tantrum on the breaking planet was over, he returned home, where he knew he really belonged since destroying aimless things clearly didn’t fill him the way he thought it would. And THEN there were all those after shots/clips of the future of him with the wedding ring and being at Finks tournament and that just proves it all.

aint a character out there that does it quite like fink. she's so funny to me. you just KNOW she has unrestricted internet access and that it made her worse. shes a gamer. she's canonically had worms. she is a playground bully AND she likes lord of the rings. she's literally a rat bastard. fink more like stink. she's the most scuffed little guy. she's a mutated(?) green sewer rat and she loves her dad boss. she copies the big words he says like "inane". she is a victim of emotional neglect. she can drive but she can't drive well. she's mean. she calls people bub. she smells her boss's lab coat bc she finds it comforting but cannot call him dad. her voice is exactly like how you think it's gonna sound. she has terrorized every single one of her babysitters so badly they've never returned. she loves her siblings coworkers (eventually) even when they're lame and annoying. she skips out on her piano lessons. she's so gosh darn eepy she has to be carried away after one of these babysitting events. i cannot name a single fictional girl child half as bastardous as her and that is frankly TRAGIC.

I think PV tried to take over SF, or SF offered PV a deal- but ultimately, SF came out on top and has complete control.

Another Jungian concept is the "collective unconscious", aka a sorta super-subconcious that everyone is connected to. I think PV and KO will meet here, have a heart to heart, and make their escape
