I know this is probably odd but I am currently looking for a polytheistic religion

I just remembered this thought I had a long time ago, It was...
If female sirens trick sailors with their voice, what do male sirens use? Their voice or their looks? If it is their looks then what is the "hallucination" as with female sirens their voices make sailors think and see them as beautiful brings before drowning them. (This is how I was always told about sirens, if it's different for u pls let me know)
