I don't know what it is but I've caught myself drawing him more than the others even though she's not my #1 favorite? PFHAHAH Headcanoning that Rhys is bigender and uses he/she <3 Also, almost all of the boys will more than likely have a pansexual or etc. type of assignment because ummmm... happy pride lol

Since the mid s2 teaser came out I thought why not analyze the 42seconds we got and poster!

So the first thing we see is Noi turning around to look at something/someone(?)then in the next scene we see Rhys looking up at something/someone.Next scene is Pierce saluting and lifting his head a little AGAIN looking up at something or someone I assume. In the next scene where is Leif at first glance I thought he's sitting and I'm still not sure if he's bowing or sitting but he is lifting his head to look at something/someone too!(I assume)

Asch is the one im debating the most about because since his pants are black I can't see if he is on one knee, hurt or bowing so yeah I would love to hear your point of view on that!I also thought he might be saluting too but I think his hand reaches his other arm like that pose someome does when they're hurt(foreshadowing perhaps?) Or I could be wrong but just thought I'd say!

And then we have Ava!(girl is still passed out after 6years)Obvously we see her on what seems to be a table that's holding up by chains.Since she's still passed out and wearing the same clothes I'd assume that's right after Rhal took her to 'investigate her'.From these past years I've seen people say that he took her to either Lady Bish or Lady Grandma .I think the Lady Bish one might be possible since Rhal comes running to her when problems most of the time and I don't think it could be Lady Grandma since well she's frozen BUT Rhal could've found her frozen.There's also a possibility that Lady' Bish hid her frozen body somewhere and it's just not shown to us. (ima stop here since I'm getting out of track) Who knows he could have brought her to a character we haven't seen yet!Soo I would love to hear your take on this one too!

On to the poster!

Soo I'll put it here

So!I'll start with one by one character!

So first we have Ava!Like I said she seems to be doing that pose when someone is hurt too and looks considered for something.(Who knows maybe just maybe her life) She also is looking directly at us. There isn't a difference with her look but I would've LOVED if they put her in her Daemos clothes and horns. (let's be fr girl wouldn't survive in what she's wearing)But I think they didn't put her in them because they don't want to reveal her look obviously. She's also standing on the logo but I'll get to that later.And like in the teaser we see the chains that were holding the table behind her.

Now Asch!Personally I would say he is looking at Pierce but I'm not sure AT ALL I've seen people say he's looking at Ava too but it's hard to tell.He looks worried and for some reason(yeahh I wonder why.)

Then Pierce!So he's looking completely away in different direction.His horns seem to be a bit more foward than what we see in the first poster too.Ive seen people say that they took away his ear piercing but in his official art we see him having piercing only on one ear and in the first poster he is in the same direction as now so he has piercing only on one ear!

Now onto Noi!So he's he only one looking completely at Ava out of everyone and smiling.He is also smiling softly if we look at his eyebrows.

Onto Leif!What I've noticed is that they gave him a piercing like the one Pierce has.I think he is either looking at us or Ava but again I'm not sure.Also the only one beside Noi that is smiling.But unlike Noi is smile is rather daring than soft.

And Rhys!He is the only one completely turned and looking away for SOME reason.(Id say there's a possibly that he is traitor but that's for another time) For appearance they FINALLY gave Rhys a proper hairstyle!

We also got our first official art of Rhal which probably means that he is going to be a main or very important character in the next season.I think he looks kinda gloomy and also looking at the magic logo thingy or us!

Overall!:

Why do some of the guys have human like ears in the poster?:

I've seen people say that they changed Rhys's Leif's and Noi's ears like human ones but I don't think they did and here's why!So I think the people who think that looked at their first official arts but they are before the poster.For example in the first poster they had human like ears too so they didn't change it now but a lot before.Another example is that in his first official art Asch is without a shirt and in the first poster he has one on. It could also be the fact that the artist looked at the first poster for reference.But why do they have human like ears?I would say that it's not necessary for daemos to have pointed ears and some are just not but there could perhaps be a deeper meaning.

The MID logo:

The logo is something I have not seen anyone talk about but it seems rather important(?)So in the final seconds of the teaser we see it appearing and in the poster too.Before we see it in episodes and the first poster too.Now you might be thinking "It's just her logo what's so important to it?" Well look at Aphmau's logos for the mystreet series for example.They all have something to do with the series.Like the mystreet s4 or 6 for example.Now I could just be delusional and it is just the logo but the detail on it and everything just doesn't look like just a logo to me.Also Aphmau could've just put 'my inner demons' and nothing behind it but she didn't. I would love to hear your take on that or a theory if u do have one!

The music!:

Okay so for that I just wanted to point out that I was a post a while ago of someone asking what music would Daemos have and I think that the music in the teaser is a good example!We hear drums so they probably have their versions of it.We also hear a bagpipe or something so they probably have their versions of that too!

Now is it just music that they put in to fit the theme?Yea but what is the theme of season 2?Daemos!Could be just for the vibe.But what is the vibe of Daemos?Darker and serious like the music is in my perspective!

The clothes they wore:

Soo yk that teleported back on Daemos in their human clothes right?Well in the teaser they have their daemos clothes back on somehow.Which means that they probably like have them in some sort of inventory thing or something.Cuz in that episode where Ava got sick and there was something with the grandma wanting them to change to their human clothes they started doing it there.So that means they somehow have them with them?Idk that's just a thought that came to mind so i wanted to share it.

ava . the doodle of her daemos form looks more like aradia megido homestuck than ava but thats okay .

i tried a different method for this where instead of doing a sketch i started with color blobs and made the drawing from those; the drawing only took 4 hours unlike my other drawings which took 10-25 hours ... although this also doesnt have a background which probably also helped

without the drawing on top! kind of gave up on rendering bcoz it would end up covered anyway
