May not look like much, but this has been my saving grace living in #HOT #TEXAS. I'm blessed to be under air-con all day to cool me outside, but sometimes you need something that will cool ya down from the inside! Chock full of #energy-giving, #plant-based goodies to cool me down and give me #energy 😊 What do y'all drink to cool down in dis heat?! 😥😂

My #foodshop for the day. Didn't need much today - just replenishing some of the basics. The most expensive thing in this was the blackberries and they were 2 buckeroos a piece. It shouldn't cost much to eat relatively well. Don't beat yourself up if you aren't eating organic produce every day. Do your best within your means 😘

Back at it this week starting with early mornings (hello 5am)! 😤😧😪 Decided to take a week off and eat insanely bad (haha!). 🤢My body actually hated me for it - but honestly, I expected it. I hadn't "fueled" it with bad foods and drinks for months. However, there's lots of new thangs coming up and I'm really excited to get involved. I hope everyone had a great weekend and will make #Monday their b*@#%! 😎💪
