Finally broke into the 150s. Gonna fast til at least tomorrow to really make sure it stays in the 150s.
I'm already 36 hours into a fast, so tomorrow morning I'll be 60 hours in. Just have to lock in and get it done.

A weight plateau while literally fasting for 24-50 hours between meals is probably one of the most discouraging frustrating experiences.

Down another lb, 7 more lbs to my first goal weight. So just gotta really get into it this week. I will hit that before this week is over. I will eat at 10:30 tomorrow, then immediately start another fast until Friday, and then again til Monday and so on. I lost 20lbs a month on this system years ago and I'll loose just as much, if not more on it now.

Okay I ate 2 meals, and hopefully hit at least my bmr needs. So I'm restarting a fast. Longest was 34 hours, so need to go longer than that. My weight is definitely gonna be higher tomorrow than today 😭 but I atleast got to update my current weight to 165 instead of 169lbs. I won't change it to160 until I'm seeing 157 on the scale. So hopefully next week
