low cal ana sandwich recipe
just found a really good recipe that is about 70cals for the whole thing, depending on your brand of items (always check the label for exact calories)
ingredients:
1 outer piece of lettuce-4 cal
place the rest of these on only ½ of the lettuce
1oz of smoked salmon-25cal
1 tablespoon of cream cheese-25cal
100grams of sliced cucumber-16cal
10 capers- 0cal
fold the lettuce in half
enjoy!!

I’m going to start my miso soup and rice diet again. That shit fills you up and slims you down.
Steps:
Buy miso paste, most of them are like 20 calories per serving and they claim to come with barely 10-15 servings but it’s usually so salty you can water it tf down and stretch it for weeks.
Get low calorie add ins, mushrooms, low cal noodles, carrots and peas, tofu, scallions, whatever you enjoy.
Have a cup of rice with it(~200kcal), if you want your rice to be bomb drop of olive oil or spray, garlic powder, a little salt.
Get yourself something spicy to eat too, put chili flakes or Sriracha sauce on the rice.

i'm starting to eat only 2 small meals a day if any at all. that way it won't kill my metabolism every time i fast. i won't eat from 7pm to 10am. that's lets me accomplish a 13 hour fast every day. no snacks. just being skinny.
i will only drink tea and water. and only diet soda to kill cravings when i'm desperate.
this is how i will loose this awful weight.

I HAVE A RECIPE FOR 59 CALORIE PIZZA OMFG!!!!
I wanted to share this with you guys sooner but I’ve had to do a bit of configurations on the dough, getting the right proportions and shit.
59 CALORIE PIZZA
Makes 2 4” pizzas at 59 calories each, for both it is 118 calories (wayyy less than ONE slice of regular pizza at 300 calories!!! You can literally have 3 ½ of these for the same amount of calories)
FOR THE TORTILLAS:
¼ cup flour , 2 tbsp water , ½ tsp baking powder , ½ tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients until a stiff dough forms, cut the ball of dough into 4 equal portions, roll out the dough balls to about 4 inches across, heat a nonstick skillet to medium and add cooking spray, cook both sides of the tortillas until there are slight brown spots. This makes 4 tortillas and each one is 22 calories.
FOR THE PIZZA SAUCE:
1 can tomato paste , 1 can tomato sauce , ½ cup of HOT water, 1 tablespoon oregano , 1 teaspoon basil , 1 ½ teaspoon minced garlic , 1 teaspoon onion powder , ½ teaspoon salt , ¼ teaspoon white pepper , ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients together, this makes 2 cups of pizza sauce, each tbsp is 14 calories each
FOR THE PIZZAS:
2 tortillas , 1 Tbsp pizza sauce , 2 tbsp mozzarella , 5 slices turkey pepperoni , 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper (this is a COMPLETELY optional ingredient!!!!!)
Bake the tortillas for about 10 minuets on 350°, take them out and add half the pizza sauce and half the mozzarella to each pizza, then cut the pepperoni slices in half (or fourths if you’d like) and add them on top, add the crushed red pepper (if using) and bake at 350° for 10 more minuets.

You will need: 230g 0% fat Greek yogurt (132 calories) 60ml skimmed milk (23 calories) 25g cocoa powder (102 calories) 40g oat flour (150 calories) Half cup 0 cal sweetener 1 egg (70 calories) 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt
How to: 1)preheat oven to 200C 2)Mix all the ingredients in a bowl 3)SPRAY TRAY WITH FRY LIGHT/PAM DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP IT WILL TURN INTO A HORRIFIC MESS 4)Spoon mixture into whatever baking utensil you have yo (I used a Madeline tray and I think it worked pretty well) 5)Bake for 20 minutes 6)Enjoy
The mixture made 32 brownies when I used about a tbs of mixture for each of them. This works out at 15 cals each
You can make them vegan with: 60ml almond milk (9 calories) 200g soya yogurt (200 calories) Chia seed egg (50 calories)
These are insanely good you don’t even understand, when I gave one to my mum she thought it was a normal brownie. Microwave and pair with some 0 cal vanilla ice cream and you have the ultimate sweet treat.

Low cal super delicious meal (112)
At first i intended for this to be an egg white omelette but what i got was so much better

Ingredients:
½ a tomato, diced (11 cal)
3 tbsp diced onion (12 cal)
½ cup spinach (10 cal)
2 egg whites (34 cal)
1 whole wheat, reduced carb flour tortilla from Trader Joe’s (45 cal)
Salt, oregano/basil, black pepper (0 cal)
Its super easy, dice the tomato and onion, put it in a pan with a teeeny tiny bit of cooking spray, let it cook (i cover it for a minute so it goes faster). Add the spices. Once its almost ready, tear the spinach apart into smaller pieces and add it. The onions should be slightly browned. Add two egg whites and mix it around/ scramble it until its ready
Put it in the center of the tortilla and, voila! It smells so good as its cooking and it honestly reminds me of the ground meat tacos my mom makes, only so much better because it will keep you loosing weight.
The iron in the spinach and the protien in the eggs is also really good for you especially if you’re restricting.

34 calorie apple pie pancake recipe
HELLO Y'ALL, since my low cal pizza recipe was a success i decided to post another one of my go-to recipes!
Disclaimer: i do not encourage eating disorders, i am not a nutritionist whatsoever, but i have studied nutrition for five years so i’ll give you some tips to curb cravings without guilt
Another disclaimer: i did not steal this recipe, i was fucking around in the kitchen one day and found this gem and after a while i decided to post it here :)
ok so first of all you’ll need

1 tbsp of sweetener (0 cal)
2 tbsp of flour (52 cal)
2 tbsp of oats (76 cal)
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (5 cal)
0.3 tsp of cinnamon (3 cal)
0.3 tsp of ginger (3 cal)
5 tbsp water (0 cal)
After mixing all dry ingredients add the wet ones (i usually eyeball this part but by measuring it should be around 5/6 tbsp of water and depending on how strong is the apple taste of your vinegar you may want to change the measurements a bit)

then cook them like normal pancakes, by flipping them when u see bubbles on the surface

if you don’t use oil don’t forget to use a non-stick pan or else you’ll just have a giant delicious mess

and voila! as you can see, they’re super easy to make and totally guilt-free!

the whole batch is just 137 cal, so one pancake is just 34 calories!
now, for the useful tips:
oats have a little bit more calories but since they have a lot of fiber they’ll make you feel full for longer
when you restrict a lot your insulin levels are all fucked up, so please, if you have 50 spare calories, swap the sweetener for real sugar, it will give you a bit of energy and curb the sugar craving while still being rly low cal overall
binges happen bc you lose control over ur cravings, so to take the power away from food try incorporating everyday some foods that you usually crave (e.g. since i often crave sweet stuff and pizza i eat these pancakes and my low cal pizza basically everyday), since i started doing this i haven’t basically binged!! (and i’m bulimic so… yeah that says a lot)
