One must best her in a eating contest to gain control. None have even reach the half way point.

These four have gotten the closest... and as a result they've become quite famous on campus for their "power"

She's gonna be very confused when she suddenly snaps out of the spell pushing triple digits and sitting in the middle of a lovely dinner...

Something something chi-chi's got some magic in her mothers side of the family so the next time 18 tries to "borrow" her clothes the android blows up like a balloon

"Yes... Let's get going then." Chi-Chi said enjoying the embrace while it lasted, to call her touch starved would be an understatement given her lack of physical contact.
Looking outside she could see the vehicle Cell had brought. She always wanted a car, and had thought about nagging her husband to finally get his license one day but never got the chance. Then her eyes lingered on the door frame and her breath grew shaky. She'd been through alot and she'd get through this. Stepping outside wouldn't be hard, or atleast it shouldn't be.
"Would you walk with me?" She asked offering the bio android her arm. "If that's okay." She added with a low mutter.
Cell approached Chi-Chi, a little hesitant due to her origin as a weapon to destroy Goku. "Um... Excuse me... Miss Chi-Chi? Bulma sent me to see how you're doing."

"Bulma?" Chi-Chi turned to face the unfamiliar voice. This timeline had somehow turned out even worse than it should have leaving the last surviving member of the son family all alone. She was a bit of a hermit living alone away from the destroyed cities and panicked and scattered survivors of the androids.
That isolation probably saved her life but judging by her appearance wasn't the best for her physically. "I don't know you..." She muttered if she had been a decade younger she'd probably have yelled or shouted maybe even fought but not now. Then her brain pieced things together it was a long time ago but Bulma had mentioned she was working on something something to fix this mess.
"Did she make you? It feels like ages ago... I'd almost forgotten about her little hope project though she never told me the details, not enough time I suppose." Chi-Chi sighed her age not showing as she look disheveled and exhausted.

Chi-Chi took a moment to look around the room. She'd hardly touched a thing save for the occasional dusting. It was like a picture of things before the androids came. She just didn't have the heart to change a thing after what happened. Maybe it was better that way, she could leave this behind and focus on the future hopefully a better one.
"I'd gladly come if she'd have me." Chi-Chi said her hands clasped together fiddling with her fingers a bit. She wanted to go but she had been cooped up inside for so long the thought of really leaving was a bit daunting.
That was until the mention of Bulma's plan came up. She didn't hesitate wrapping her arms around the android pulling her into a hug. False hope or not she couldn't help it, her body simply moved on it's own.

Chi-Chi took a moment to breath at the mention of Doctor Gero. Everything she'd learned about him and the androids was from Bulma or the rusty tv she had tucked away in the attic back when the androids first appeared. Her Gohan didn't want her to get involved.
"That means it's over? The fighting, the pain... Maybe he can rest now." She said holding her hands to her chest for a moment she almost started to cry, almost atleast. "Thank you, I never thought I'd see the day." She said a light in her eyes returning though she hadn't the energy to smile.
