More Alnasl and Ranger and introducing Al’s girlfriend/mate Gemini

I got a good idea for Alnasl’s uniform now thankfully now I need to color him in

Al learned when and when not to stop Ranger when he’s set his mind on something not really smart (aka throws away brain cells for the time being)

But they are badasses when they start hunting so there’s that

Now I introduce

Gemini

Here is the height difference

Here’s her uniform still needs color obviously

And here’s some doodles and small facts

- Gemini is the nicest one in the ship she would rather help on the internal affairs (like prisoners and fixing broken parts of the ship) rather than go outside and hunt

- Gemini would be considered the one of the shortest females on the ship and she doesn’t mind

- She’s the one that made the first move on Alnasl with plenty of annoyed yet well meaning comments from Ranger (he’s sick of being their third wheel)

- Al simped for her the same way Oscar simps for Ecliptica and thankfully it was reciprocated (they’re Millie and Moxie from Helluva Boss)

- They show affection through forehead touches and that’s enough

But just because she prefers not to hunt, doesn’t mean she can’t.

And her patience has their limits of course and she would rather take it out on pretty birds

Small Sketches of Ranger and new oc Alnasl!

Decided to try out a slight redesign on Ranger

I have no clear idea what Alnasl’s uniform would look like yet so I’m dropping there’s here.

Anyways I have small facts about Ranger and Alnasl:

- Ranger loves annoying the shit outta Alnasl because of his Boy Scout attitude calling him “Al” pushes his buttons a lot so he does it constantly.

- Alnasl has shitty time management because most of his time is spent either hunting for the colony or making sure Ranger doesn’t somehow fuck shit up while he’s gone or annoy the wrong people (cough Scupltor, Shepard, Ecliptica cough) unintentionally or otherwise

- Both are 19 but Ranger is definitely older

- As much as Ranger dislikes Al getting in his way, he does respect the guy and is his only friend

- Alnasl has the same level of respect towards Ranger and even with his attitude is willing to bend some rules to get him out of trouble.

- Ranger’s jacket came from a hunt he went on, and the jacket was a lovely souvenir

This took way longer than I would like to admit. But as as I stated my body decided to go "not today" all of a sudden. So like I said I went with the usagi getting ambushed when he's alone. Enter Leo, he does his thing. When usagi first wakes up, his instinct is to keep fighting. But instead he is met with someone who is about to change his life or has always meant to change his life

I am not 100% happy with the dialogue but hey that's this is why this is a group project. Nothing is set on Stone, this is just how I imagine that by the way you guys were describing it I hope you guys enjoy.

(Also the flowers are clematis , when I was coming up with Leo's Godly outfit/crown those are the flowers I used the most because even though I'm sure the meeting is Western it fits him so well)

How long did Kendra and Donnie take you get together? And how much was the betting pool? Because I am starting one

So here’s the thing. In the show (and this is following the school ages for New York where they live)

Mikey is 13 making him in 8thish grade age range.

Leo and Donnie are 14 so they are roughly freshmen (year 9)

Raph is 15 making him as a sophomore (year 10) and

April is 16 making her a junior (year 11)

I put Kendra and April as the same age.

Kendra and Donnie are a long game. They HATED each other in high school. Absolutely in their enemies stage.

The movie takes place two years after the beginning of the show

Mikey is 15 (sophomore year 10)

Leo and Donnie are 16 (junior year 11)

Raph is 17 (senior year 12)

April is 18 (first year is college)

Valentines takes place in what would be Kendra and April’s second year of college. Making them around 19-20

Raph, Lisa, and Usagi are 19 (first year of college)

Leo and Donnie are 18 (their birthday was in October) (last year of high school)

Mikey is 16-17

The valentines arc is defiantly when they become allies. Begrudgingly at first but they are allies not friends.

I think during their college age years (18-22) they start to become better allies until they finally have to call each other friends.

I think this is also the age in which Donnie is launching “Genius Built” as a company (this is the business where he’s selling the tech he makes) I think after enough trust is built Kendra and the dragons get invited to work for him/with him.

Kendra argues it’s with (Jermey and Jason are working for THEM) donnie argues it’s his company so Kendra is also working for him. And thus they are now co-workers. And maybe friends though neither will admit it.

I think it’s around 24 - 25 that they finally get together. They’ve had crushes on each other for a while now. (Kendra from much longer then Donnie) but I think this is when they finally get their act together. And I’m going to have it have to do with Nano. I’m still working it out but the little bot that desperately wants a dad and a mom is the final push these to needed to get their act together.

Mind you Leo and Usagi are already married at this point and Raph and Lisa are engaged at the very least.

Leo wins half the betting pool. (He knows his twin well) he guess the right age/time frame. How ever he did get the cause right. Strangely enough it is Jason who guessed the correct even. “Kendra and Donnie are so wrapped up in their own heads they can’t see whats right in front of them. They would need a robot to spell it out for them”

But it takes almost a decade of knowing each other before they finally get together.

I was thinking Ann's friends since she is most likely more comfortable with them rather than one of ours because with them Ann is face to face with them and knows their ages so she's more comfortable

Okay I have an idea that would possibly work for this but it's a suggestion.

Instead of me Jelli and Robin proofreading have someone else do it like someone from your friend group or someone you know that would be interested no names required or anyone we need to know so when the chapter is out me, Robin and Jelli can read the chapter and possibly proofread on the chapter itself that way no need to spoil anything on Tumblr and it's comfortable for you.

That is if it's okay we can still think this whole thing through

Alright Ann we'll respect that decision so right now further planning is needed for this maybe you can send a copy paste of the chapter to one of us then Jelli can put in a Google doc and me and Robin can read and see if it needs some edits after that we can send it back to you for final editing if needed that way we're all still in the loop if that's not possible we can find other ways to do this.

As long as it makes everyone comfortable and it's alright with me.

One you don't have to step down it's fine we'll all adjust and run with this two any suggestion for this to be more effective is something we can all consider so that way we are all in the same page.

Also sorry for bringing up this whole thing again Ann I didn't mean to.

We should definitely make a timeline of the events of the story on which one should go first and which should go last to end it off honestly

Yeah we never thought about where to post this whole thing like I do assume it’s on Ann’s account but maybe we can make one for the Pantheon that way the stories can be separated or we could stick with Ann being the one to post.

My idea is that once Ann is done with her stories maybe she can compile the chapters of the au when she starts writing it in a Google docs and give it to one of us so we can proofread it and suggest edits if possible that way when it’s on AO3 it’s exactly how we want it.

We can do the same thing for Jelli’s section of this since they can send us the Google docs and send the copy Ann hasn’t come back to me about joining our discord so when we get the ball rolling most likely I’ll just copy the link of the Google docs and send it to her through the dms in tumblr

We can still change the plan any time but this is merely a beta
