im eating under 1000 cals every day this month. theoretically i should be 190 by december 1st. i can do it lol. i suddenly feel very control of myself and my eating. i know what to do and how to avoid a binge.

alright. 204.8. finally back on track. i WILL be under 200 by the end of november. ☠️ i think once i hit the 190s it will lead me to be stricter to avoid getting back in the 200s. i havent been under 200lbs for yeeears. im excited.
