Corrupt doesnt even seem to fit the true description. Its more of a revelation. A showcase of your true self that was hidden under so many layers of doubt and conditioning. But now that it has awakened...there is no turning back. You head towards one direction only..

And what direction that is? Gaining weight baby.

Until your old self is buried under layers upon layers of beautiful, precious lard.

Until the new norm becomes severe morbid obesity.

Until your old self is a distant memory. One blacked behind foggy memories on a mind hazed by constant food binges.

Nurses! Some patients had their heart monitors got plug off!

Entrapta seems to be too focused on the technological side of the matter to remember that she was talking about a friend of hers. Who was behind of her wheezing for dear life...

As Catra's heart monitor showcased a new case of palpitations and high blood pressure. Entrapta seems to delight herslef as she runs around the room looking for one of her inventions

Permanent Nurses!

Lets go ahead and meet all the cute nurses that take care of all this morbidly obese patients!

Lucoa: As the second in command, Lucoa works side to side with Tohru on making this Hospital work...in questionable ways. Also she is the milk provider, obviously

Tohru: The one that began all of this mess. And only because she needed more money and equipment to take care of her beloved Kobayashi. That by the time the hospital was becoming to be she was already in the 600 lbs area. She doesnt have much knowledge of medicine, none of the nurses do...but she tries her best! and thats what matters

Toga: She became part of the staff by the time Tsuyu and Mina were admited to the bariatric ward. At first she wasnt let in...But time and persistence did win her a place among the nurses. Plus she showed that she somehow had a bit more knoledge about human anatomy that Lucoa and Tohru. Still this two keep an eye on Toga in case she tries anything funny

Entrapta: The IT maniac that is only allowed to stay because she is the only one with knowledge on how to fix any of the machinery keeping any of the patients alive. Even though more often than not someone has to stop her from using the patients as test subjects for her new inventions...But she tries it so often that SOMETIMES she gets away with it...

"Oh, we try to give our dear patients all the decency they deserve, we use gowns whenever possible...."

"But past the XXXXL size it becomes...an issue. We try to make up for that by stiching many gowns together but sometimes even that doesnt work out... "

Have to ask, does Mina's acidic quirk help keep the pink blob stay (relatively) somewhat healthier compared to her classmates, or does it just amplify any underlying health problem that she has?

"Not at all! If she activates her quick she can digest food twice as fast! So its easy to overload her body with calories until her heart gives out~ Right cutie?" She then would turn to the sea of pink lard that was Mina. A wheezing mess of food stains, furniture degraded with acidic corrosion, and a noisy symphony of wet farts that had damaged all the paint from the wall behind her massive rear...

I know the main attraction are the patient tummies which are at their limits, but the nurse bellies don't get enough appreciation! Someone needs to compliment Tohru and Lucoa's rubbed off lap-fillers, dammit!

Blushing and pretty annoyed. Tohru swinged her hands in the air while yelling at the questioner.

"What the hell are you insinuating? we are proud nurses that take effort in our duty! we have not time to snack ar...!!"

She then was pushed to the side by a pretty much flustered Lucoa.. One teasy Lucoa that giggled at herself before unbuttoning her uniform a bit. Showing her soft, lardy midriff

"Oh you like this? My wobbly gut? My fabric stretching food deposit? My oversized lard mound? Thi..."

She was proptly stopped by a punch in the top of her head by Tohru

"Indeed i am! Someone has to keep all this life support running! not like those dragon ladies know anything about mantainance!"

Entrapta moved around the camera room checking the differents screens. Each showing one of the rooms of each patient, whichever their size or health be. She stared with a smile and morbid fascination

Who is the most "high risk" patient so to speak, i.e the one who has the most episodes that require nurse intervention?

That would be Kobayashi and Tsuyu. Not because either of them require that much more medical atention (All the patients here are pretty standar in their health status, which is they all have horrible health). But those two recieve around the clock special attention from their respective nurses. Much to their bodies despair. Its just a mere coincidence that 80% of all the heart attacks registered in the hospital chart belong to those two...Juuust a coincidence.

One could hear the faint groaning from a weak Ochako fair in the distance. Still eating Heart surgery/birthday cake
