John Lennon at the launch party of The Beatles’ new album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band at manager Brian Epstein’s flat in London, England | 19 May 1967 © Barrie Wentzell
"I've had a lot of time to think," said John peering at me through his wire-rimmed specs, "and only now am I beginning to realise many of the things I should have known years ago. I'm getting to understand my own feelings. Don't forget that under this frilly shirt is a hundred-year-old man who's seen and done so much — but at the same time knowing so little."

someone: are you okay
me: so in 1964 john lennon wrote one of his only love ballads, "if I fell" and called it auto biographical even though it doesn't match w any of his public relationships. the lyrics can easily be flipped to be about him pining for someone already in a relationship with a woman which would most likely be a man (as seen in "across the universe" where they did the song from a woman's pov to a man without changing the lyrics and it still worked). he wrote the full lyrics for the first time on the inside of a valentines day card and in the corner you can see his handwriting that says "to: paul with love" with an arrow pointing inside and some doodled hearts. it was auctioned off in the 2000s, but the description only says it was written on a plane on a card "given to paul" as a spare paper, not acknowledging the little dedication with the hearts. years later he referred to it as a "silly love song," referring back to paul's song that was in turn referring to his mocking comments. and that's why he's a fa-

“When we reached New York, [the Beatles] were confined to their hotel suite for much of the time, including the evening I went out to see the film Spartacus with their road manager Neil Aspinall. When we returned that night, I was just about to unlock my door when Neil whispered: ‘Come and look at this.’ Through the doors of The Beatles’ grand rooms we beheld a strange sight. Seated on five chairs arranged in a line were the Fab Four and their manager Brian Epstein, all stoned. Every now and again a man standing at one end of the line would push the closest Beatle off his chair and, in domino effect, each would knock the next one off, ending with Brian who would collapse to the floor laughing helplessly, setting the others off. It was a surreal scene, made more bizarre by the fact that the man doing the pushing was Bob Dylan.”

Global Beatles Day (also known as World Beatles Day) is an annual holiday occurring June 25th each year that honors and celebrates the ideals of the Beatles. The date, June 25, was chosen to commemorate the date that the Beatles participated in the BBC show Our World in 1967, performing "All You Need Is Love" broadcast to an international audience of over 400 million people.

Synchronicity is a manifestation of energies moving through the invisible world and entering the visible world as seeming coincidence. Does coincidence exist apart from synchronicity? I think it does, and coincidental events certainly lie within mathematic probability. But there are events that manifest something other than mathematical possibility, events which call for an engagement with mystery and an enlargement of consciousness. These events ask that we consider whether there are other values to be considered, other perspectives to be honored, other framings to be invited than those that fall within the blinders of conventional, constrictive consciousness.

It would be great to have a compilation of every hint that might indicate that If I Fell may be about Paul
Yess!
First of all, we have John saying this:
"And uh, it’s… semi-autobiographical, but not that conscious, you know. It’s really about – it’s not about Cyn, my first wife. If I fell in love with you, would you promise to be true… I used to like intros like they had on forties songs, you know, that have a long intro, and then the song would start. So that’s all mine. The harmony’s Paul’s. […] So that shows that I wrote sentimental love ballads – silly love songs, as you call them – way back when." (x)
Also, in 1988 John Lennon’s lyrics for ‘If I Fell’, written on the back of a Valentine’s Day card, were sold at an auction. (The card says "To Paul, with love" in very small letters)

"Autograph manuscript for "If I Fell", from "A Hard Days Night", aboard a U.S airline, c. late February, 1963. Written on the back of a valentine which had been given to Paul, and which was apparently the only suitable writing surface available at 30,000 feet." (x)
And we have Paul saying, in 2007, it was probably his favorite song by John. Which is interesting because he has never said that before or after this. (Although he did say in a 1964 interview view that this was his favorite song of the album). He usually says his favorites are Strawberry Fields Forever, Julia and Across the Universe
While he ate, McCartney talked about his life as a Beatle and his relationship with John Lennon. [...] He mentioned that ‘If I Fell’ was perhaps his favorite song by Lennon, and he expressed astonishment that the Beatles had ever come into existence. “What are the odds that those four guys would find each other?” he asked. (x)

And look at the way John looks at Paul while singing If I Fell during the film A Hard Day's Night
None of this is conclusive evidence though, but all together they make an intriguing case.

#let the record show that Here There and Everywhere also includes an intro in the style John mentions#which actually could mean nothing but it’s a very sweet coincidence
