I witnessed the graduation of two batches of the Mohammed bin Rashid Program for Leaders within the programs of the International Mandate and Influential Leadership .. in addition to a group of graduates of the Master's in Executive Leadership at the University of Paris .. Preparing new generationsof leaders is to ensure the sustainability and continuity of our path.
I launched the “Dubai Leaders” program to prepare 50 government competencies who were nominated by general managers in Dubai departments to be assistants and deputies for them .. The aim is to ensure that there are qualified leaders capable of continuing the building process with the samespirit and with the same leadership culture.
