Do you think Flowey is capable of forming any connections in the surface besides Papyrus and Frisk? he stalks the cast constantly but avoids interacting with them in any form

I think it might be possible, but it's going to be incredibly hard since obviously he's deliberately cutting himself off from making those connections. Which, to be fair, makes sense...if they find out too much about what's happened with him, he's going to have to then deal with the consequences of that without resetting. I don't think he thinks a potential relationship with them is worth the risk. I think he might be more set on just observing rather than interacting with people since, at the very least, he won't be dealing with that same boredom he was with constant resets in the Underground.

I don't think the Knight is Dess. I feel like Dess is considerably more of a Lost Girl than just 'heeheehoohoo she's actually the Knight!!!'. My standards for 'ok, this is probably Dess' are:

The Cold Place

Insubstantial hand at the end of Chapter 4 that prevents you from backtracking at the ending

Maze with broken collision, a guitar pick, and a forgotten hand

Which doesn't square well with the Knight for me.

I suspect Carol is the Knight and/or the Entity What's On The Phone w/ Spamton, Jevil, Kris. But the Knight's abilities and personality are so odd that I'd honestly say they can't be conclusively pinned down at this point.

I'm still very convinced on Dess Knight for one pretty clear reason: when we first see it summon the sword, it's very clearly shaped as a baseball bat. Not a katana, just. It's a baseball bat. The Knight wields the sword more like a bat in the fight, too. And right now the only character that has a strong connection with baseball is Dess. Especially coupled with the baseball moon in chapter two, and Noelle mentioning that Dess "always wanted to bring her to a place like this."

Now obviously, it's not set in stone, and there's other possibilites there until we know for sure. I think Carol is our second best option. But, the Knight also doesn't look or behave much like other Lightners either, what with its ability to wildly shapeshift. There's clearly Something Wrong with it. But, to that end...well, there being Something Wrong with it also makes Dess the best candidate for the Knight.

Hey how do you think the future chapters of Deltarune would look like and of course who are your favorite Deltarune characters?

Mine are Tenna, Spamton, Susie, and Noelle

Phew that's uhh, a bit of a tall ask! There's a whole lot we still don't know about what might happen! I guess my best (super rough) estimates for the next chapters are:

chapter 5 - Dark World in Asgore's shop + start of the festival

chapter 6 - Festival dark world, everyone gets involved, roaring gets underway, seeming "bad end"

chapter 7 - Susie takes the story in a new direction and we get a better resolution

While Susie is my favorite, it's hard to pick others out of that because I like so so many of them! Like, Noelle, Ralsei, Kris, heck Catti and Jockington, Queen, Lancer...heck just, everyone new is so dang good! Oh, and of course Gerson too!

I don’t think I’m ever going to be over Edi Gathegi and can’t help but feel so happy for him with his role in James Gunn’s Superman

For those of you who don’t know Edi Gathegi starred in X-Men First Class as the character Dawrin (aka Armando Muñoz)

Dawrin’s powers are literally super adaptation, his body changes to every possible scenario in order to survive.

Gills to breath under water and fins when submerged

Stone skin when struck with an attack

In space his body will change to be able to breathe, when fire is directed at him he will become fire proof, etc. he is essentially unkillable dude to his mutation!

And yet in the movie he gets introduced solely to be killed

The unkillable, Black, Hispanic, Male, character literally gets killed first and acts as a ‘motivator’ for the rest of the cast even though they hardly mention him after his death.

Edi Gathegi even voiced his concerns, only for the studio to promise him that Darwin would eventually come back and be resurrected in future movies but surprise surprise. That never happened.

Years later James Gunn reaches out and askes him to audition to the point he sees 200 people and still ask if Edi Gathegi’s tape has come in.

Edi Gathegi despite his hesitation due to his last super hero movie experience decided to give it a shot and what a way to right a broken promise from the past!!

He not only doesn’t die but plays a vital role in the story, he’s been praised as a scene stealer being one of the most liked characters right behind Superman

Edi has been open in interviews about what this means to him and how happy he was to have this opportunity

Its great to see this come full circle

Single mom of disabled teens needs help!

Ibtisam has been raising her children on her own since her husband was martyred by the occupation in 2014. Then in 2023, they did the same to her eldest son. She cannot work due to the invasion, and her needs are compounded by the cost of treatment for her 18-y/o son and 15-y/o daughter, both of who are disabled. Ibtisam and her family are currently starving and being bombed and shot at, they urgently need your support!
