Anyway I finished Cerulean Crescent and it was very very good. Loved how absolute bonkers the casts is. When 75% of them feel like you are breaking the game, and yet the map design make it balanced

And the story is pretty good which I didn't expect. Just often funny and I love Ellerie committing war crime for fun and profit. Also there is three playable chickens

Finished Dream of Five. I expected it to be good, and gameplay wise it certainly delivered (even if the difficulty curve could be smother). And it's just such a gorgeous game. There like a dozen portrait that would blow everyone mind if they were official.

And man, the story. It's just so good. That part in 23x destroyed me. Play it folks

I must agree with Anon, play that game. The week I played it I literally couldn't put it down.

Play call of the armor, it's got a dark mage armor lord, a warrior jeigan, a prepromoted paladin who was clearly early promoted as part of the character design (even mentioned in dialog), a couple of parts where the game asks you which 2 of a handful of units you want to recruit which is great for replays, a mage who has a secret promotion into dancer, several very funny trainee units, a back half that plays entirely differently depending on if you intentionally saved up a ton of money for a secret shop that sells warp and rescue staves, and has design considerations for both the chad warp user and the virgin non-warp user.

FEE3 just had a trailer for a Fire Emblem Engage mod, ev::create, looks super cool to be doing stuff for modern games

Hopefully Engage running on Unity means more stuff like that pop up in the future

What stuff has caught your eye at FEE3?

I put like 40 hours in Dream of Five in the past week so that. Otherwise, I'm in interessed in Pyrathi Warlords (the Thracia-like premise interest me) and as a dev I can only respect twisting FE8 into a blackjack game like Myriad Fortunes does. Also The Morrow's Golden Country look interesting. that my picks for the moment

The name is more of a recommendation, fan game on Lex Talionis or other custom engines are accepted !
