you cant convince me that ticketmaster didnt purposefully fuck up the taylor presale to allow their own paid bots and scalpers through first. me and 3 friends got through for the same show and spent 1.5 hours grabbing tickets and they were “already gone” every single time. like ticketmaster’s whole “oh whoops we allowed 12 million unverified ppl sit in a queue for only verified presale” bullshit actually strikes me as purposeful. bc as we all sat in queue their bots got in ahead and started buying. and this line played into dynamic pricing to drive up prices.

so weird normally we would be discussing what we would wear to the tour, the setlist, taylor’s costumes, the stage. but its so quiet. everyone is just so traumatized im so sad

this has been a deeply upsetting experience lmao i still cannot believe this is somehow worse than loverfest. 52 us shows and it’s worse than everyone going for 4 us shows. bc sure that makes sense.

THIS. I spent over 24 hours total, at least half of a week of work securing tickets and then arguing with Ticketmaster about refunds. And then I still lost money on the whole thing and never got to go and now people who are brand new fans are getting tickets first… I’m not gatekeeping but we deserved something. That boost was a lie.
