Experience with Swagbucks

In this report, I describe my experience with Swagbucks.

What is Swagbucks?

Swagbucks is an international portal that offers points to its users when they participate in the portal's offerings. The points are called SB (Swagbucks) and can be exchanged for vouchers with real monetary value.

In addition to the English-language portal of Swagbucks, there is a German Swagbucks portal, which is only aimed at German-speaking users. This testimonial refers to the German portal.

An SB has the equivalent of one cent. 100 SBs is equivalent to one euro. The money cannot currently be paid into the bank account, but can only be redeemed for vouchers. However, the choice of vouchers is very high. In addition to Amazon vouchers, many other online stores are available.

How can you make money at Swagbucks?

Swagbucks is a Paid4 all-rounder and offers its users several ways to earn points.

Watch videos for money

Swagbucks was one of the first providers to offer videos for which you get money (in the form of points).

The remuneration is usually 2 SB per playlist, which are worth 2 cents. This doesn't seem like much, but if you watch the videos on the side throughout the day, you can already earn 1 euro per day.

The selection of the videos has grown, but the selection could be even bigger. There are currently several hundred videos available from the fields of politics, entertainment, sports and other categories.

Paid surveys

Swagbucks mediates surveys from other panels. Swagbucks usually does not offer its own surveys.

In my experience, swagbucks can make the most money from the polls.

On some days, as many polls are available as other opinion portals offer throughout the month.

Compensation is comparatively rather lower than the lower average. However, the number of surveys is so high that the amount compensates for the rather low earnings.

Playing to make money

Swagbucks currently offers 2 games of its own where you can make money. The disadvantage: A maximum of 10 points per day can be reached.

In addition to your own games, there are often bonus promotions where you get money for playing browser games.

You can find them at the Partner Trialplay in the Discover tab. The remuneration is relatively high and is mostly between 50 cents and 2 euros.

Sometimes there are action days where all trialplay offers pay out double the compensation. Here it is really worth keeping your eyes open!

Cashback and bonus promotions

In addition to Trialplay's offerings, Swagbucks has other partner sites. The number of bonus promotions is above average. The remuneration of bonus promotions corresponds to the Paid4 average.

Like other bonus portals, Swagbucks offers cashback at its partner shops. The number of partner shops is very high and the remuneration is also high.

In addition to the normal cashback portal, Swagbucks offers its own cashback plugin, the so-called Swagbutton.

Swagbutton

The Swagbutton is a useful extension to the Swagbucks range.

Once installed, the Swagbutton remains active in the browser and displays possible cashback on every online store you visit. So you don't have to do anything different than usual and you'll be made aware of cashback if the page you visit is a partner of Swagbucks.

If an online shop offers cashback at Swagbucks, a note appears at the top of the browser window. In this note you can activate the cashback directly with one click.

In addition to the cashback features, the Swagbutton also draws attention to when a swag code is available. Swagcodes are bonus codes from Swagbucks that are given away by Swagbucks on promotional days.

After entering the Swagcodes on the Swagbucks website or in the Swagbutton, you get free SB.

Further earning opportunities

In addition to swagcodes, there is regularly the so-called Swago board. On the Swago board, possible actions around the Swagbucks offer are linked.

The more actions have been successfully completed, the more extra SB there are.However, the Swagoboard is only available in limited periods of time.

In addition to the above-mentioned earnings, you can earn extra SB by fulfilling the daily to-do list of Swagbucks.
