Musutafu is in a period of unrest. 

 With the breakup of most of the major villain organizations in the region, it’s been every villain for themselves, creating a spiral of chaos.  Police presence and danger is high for every villain.  It’s time to rise and rebuild. 

 Meanwhile, the rise in violence has the Hero Commission troubled, leading to more and more dangerous exercises for the students of hero schools nationally.  Several permanent injuries have occurred and it seems likely that someone will be killed in one of them eventually.  Murmurs have arisen among heroes and students, but as of yet no one wants to cross the Commission.

HEAR ME OUT. raid raptors are perfect for Hawks. as is the Arc-V universe. before you scroll, hear me out. DM/GX is too old school, basic bitch technology. 5Ds is chill but that whole post-apocalyptic vibe don’t do it for Hawks. ZeXal? maybe, because he’d wear dorky glasses and shout at the air. VRAINS? virtual reality ain’t his thing, really.

but Arc-V? solid vision technology? RIDING ON HIS MONSTERS? THAT’S HAWKS ALL THE WAY. THAT KIND OF THRILL SEEKING BULLSHIT IS TOTES HAWKS. but Hawks wouldn’t run an archetype he can’t become one with. Blackwings are slick as fuck but they don’t make for much maneuvering. Harpies? sexy as hell but also not good for movement. but Raid Raptors? those metal ass birds? Hawks would go apeshit for flying on his monsters’s back! the chaos of Action Cards is Hawks’s life! it’s so unpredictable and fun and his monsters allow him to fly. those stadiums are fucking huge. he’d totally be able to just GET INTO IT.
