I hold a degree in Food Science and Technology, and I am currently in a diploma program in Information Technology Services at SAIT. My interest in technology was sparked by the rapid advancements in the field, and I am eager to carve out a niche for myself in this dynamic industry. Throughout my coursework, I have excelled in both personal and group projects, gaining core IT skills such as networking, hardware, serve management, IT security, virtualization, and programming languages.

Before transitioning to IT, I worked as a Quality Control/Assurance Specialist, Client Services Agent, Administrative Assistant and an Insurance Agent. These roles helped me build essential skills such as how to improve quality control procedures, data entry and excellent customer service, which are crucial for succeeding in a competitive environment. I am detail-oriented, capable of working well both in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
