If you want a finished Hakeme Corn Brushed Bowl, only 2 are left. These are my favorite bowls, as they hold a bit of all of my favorite ways of making. Thrown with 1 ¼ lbs of clay, trimmed with a prominent foot, and finished with a white slip altered with a corn brush, these bowls are a great encapsulation of the various methods of working with clay. Throwing doesn’t have to be perfect, it can be a lot like hand building, and it took me some time to realize that.
