i just refer(red) to it like that irl when i talk to my friends abt it because its the shorter way to say it since i also have another place i go see a therapist and then i just started to refer to it that way online too 😭😭

okay i went and it wasnt bad like i felt it was gonna be, at the end i said that i wasnt really feeling the youth group so id probably skip it for the day and the world didnt end, i didnt explode for saying no to something woop woop

i dont want to go to gay counseling anymore, its scary that i have to go and actually make progress that this new person is gonna see and i dont know what im doing anymore and my therapy homework is to stay for the youth group thing after and thinking about it rn is scary and why did i agree to it if im just gonna want to avoid it after that first time going?

maybe i dont need any of this maybe ill just fix myself on my own
