“If you like being tall, I suppose, yeah,” Eton laughed. “Not that there’s anything wrong with being shorter, because there’s not. Being this tall isn’t all that great,” he added, quickly, not wanting to offend her. “Quicksand?” His mind went immediately to Nesquick sand from back home, and he understood. “Oh! Yeah, that’s pretty dangerous. Well, you don’t have to worry about that here, hopefully. But if we see any quicksand, I’ll make sure you don’t fall into it,” he teased. “Hey, check it out, this way. This is the first room we’ve spotted on our adventure.” Stepping inside, it just looked like a great big empty room, though there were fancy lights above them, and the room was decorated extravagantly. “Wow… I wonder what this is…”

“Of course there’s nothing wrong with being short,” she replied, holding her head up high and trying to stand as tall as she could. “Except for having to ask people to help get things from very high shelves.” When he mentioned that she probably wouldn’t have to worry about any quicksand around here, she pretended to wipe sweat off her brow. “Phew, that’s good news.” She knew her parents were truly worried about Mother Gothel still, but she didn’t really want to put too much of a downer on her and Eton’s exploration. Felicity stepped into the room with him, excited to see what this first door had in store for them. “Ooh... Is it a ballroom, do you think? It’s very nice.”

 Felicity is as bright and lovely as her name. Being the eldest girl, she feels like she had to lead her youngest sisters in the right direction, being their role model in all aspects of her life. She likes to believe that she is more knowledgeable and “street smart” than her mother and sisters, but her naivety pokes through every once in awhile. Even so, she is kind, intelligent, and talented. With all of the pressure she puts on herself, sometimes she feels it start to weigh on her, but she never lets anyone know.

 The Palace is a new endeavor for her, and she hopes that it can be a learning experience. Naturally, she is quite nervous to meet new people from other cultures and countries so different from her own, but she feels as though she is ready. And with the looming threat of the Gothels at home, she feels that the Palace will be so much more safe for her.
