Maybe the baby will be Barnes-Ray. The baby can always have their middle name be after Lucas. It'll be messy but it's nothing I wouldn't expect from a family in a soap.

With Leah not really wanting anything to do with the baby I have a feeling it’ll either end up a Hay or a Ray. Hay if Ste adopts, Ray if Dillon steps up and admits that it’s his. We’ll have to see though.

After going through the stages of grief about 100 times in the last few days, I've hit the acceptance stage finally and I'm content on accepting the fact that this is where hayrays story is going. I just want the reveal to happen so that we can get to the good angsty drama. I know we are going to get some good tension, and even better angst than the first time, because at least this time hayray were actually dating before any of this.

I think it was yesterday that the acceptance really hit me. I still go through little periods where I get really annoyed about it, but overall, surprisingly, I’m really excited to see how this story pans out?

It sounds so strange because of course I don’t want this for them, and watching Lucas have his heart broken is going to be very hard. But a crazy storyline like this means tension and angst and pining and most importantly, lots of screen time! I’m really looking forward to seeing what Nate and Oscar do with these scenes. We have a long road ahead of us but I’m feeling optimistic about it. I’m sure the good angsty drama will be worth all this pain.

if there's one thing i know about lucas hay and dillon ray it's that they' are made for each other because they're both massive idiots who refuse to think with their brains. dillon is a dumbass!!! a total dumbass!!! i have no explanation other than that because only a dumbass with five brain cells in his head would successfully fumble the love of his life for a fleeting moment with a girl he clearly isn't even in to??? like damn bro are u embarrassed?? because u should be???

Do you think ,when Dillon and Lucas are broken up and in their angst era, they will kiss or more like the last angst era?

i'm kinda torn bc i loved that they didn't kiss properly during angst era 1.0 (mostly because of the circumstances they were in) but for this one I am hoping they do. i want them to want each other SO BAD with lucas trying so hard to stay away but not being able to. And dillon pining endlessly for the boy he lost to the stupidest mistake of his life. 😩

well, not technically. but here’s the information we have right now, spoilers included.

leela called dillon right away when leah went into because “he’s been a really good friend to her throughout the pregnancy.

no one actually knows if charlie is the father. the osborne’s literally said it may or may not be his — also, when Ella got pregnant Charlie was adamant he’d be there for the child so it would very out of character for him to just go no contact and not care if he knew the baby was his.

spoilers for Monday confirm the father has a current partner and that he’s been trying to hide the pregnancy from them.

the baby has a medium skin tone and, to quote leela, has “gorgeous black hair” — the baby they cast also looks exactly like dillon.

so again, it’s not confirmed. but we will find out on Monday’s episode who it is for sure. unfortunately literally all signs point to Dillon, I am sorry to say. 😞

Lucas' reaction to finding out about what happened is going to be the end of me. He's already going through it (with him being in juvie and all), and for him to come home to find out his boyfriend cheated on him AND got his sister pregnant, would hurt anybody. He's going to spiral out of control and it's going to be so painful to watch.

Add him probably going down the criminal path on top of everything, this storyline is going to hurt so bad. Idk if I will move on.

I really need to prepare myself for a solid 12 months+ of pain because I think you’re right and this is going to be the start of a very dark spiral for him. ):

my heart have you seen them in the new opening titles 😭 it made me so happy then i saw Leahs son (who i am pretty sure had lighter skin in yesterdays episode but now he has darker skin and black hair 🤔) and that happiness was short lived as now it’s making it seem even more likely that he is Dillons 😢

And I quote Leela "look at that gorgeous black hair" 💀 that kid is definitely Dillon's there is no one else's it could be 😭 they were very cute in the new titles and I'm glad Lucas finally has his curly hair but god I am so anxious for this storyline I know it's going to break me.

I feel like the only way I can ever forgive dillon for this is if he really truly does prove himself to lucas. Cheating is so horrid on its own, but to cheat with his boyfriends sister is even worse.

I don't want lucas to forgive dillon so quickly because that's just pointless. I need to really see them struggle with this, especially dillon.

I am worried that lucas will relapse and spiral out of control, not only because of being cheated on but because of whatever reason ended up on juvie for.

I’m concerned too. He’s still so young (seventeen!) and considering he has a history of SH it would break my heart if he went back into that dark place. I’m scared for him, I really am. For your first love to do that to you… I can’t even imagine the pain that would cause. Especially after how hard they fought to be with each other.

What’s happened is awful. For most it would be unforgivable—for good reason. It’s going to be a long road to forgiveness, I think. My guess is a year, maybe more. And again, it’s for good reason. I don’t want Lucas to forgive him just like that either.

I don't actually think I will be able to cope if hayray broke up off screen, and then when we see them again they are acting all awkward and sad around each other. Even though hayray would give us some great angst and we could have a good slowburn of them getting back together, I just know I'll be so upset throughout the whole process.

I do really hope that IF they broke up off screen it's not because they are with other people. My heart wouldn't be able to handle that.

I’m prepared for anything but I’m on the same boat as you that it’ll be hard to deal with if they’re with other people or someone cheated. Prayer circle for good angst and an incredible reunion kiss when they get back together (IF they’ve broken up that is 🥲)

Poor Lucas and Leah. Their dad is in a coma, stepfather is dead. They just can't seem to catch a break. Now they're writing Leah off somehow. Lucas really does need Dillon and Frankie more than ever.

There's so many things that I've loved about the scene where we get Lucas and Dillon staring at each other from across the village during pride

1) the way Dillon immediately sensed that something was wrong

2) Lucas just knowing that Dillon was gunna 100% follow him after clocking the passport in his hand so deciding to just BOLT

3) the way they both pause when they see each other

4)ofc the yearning
