We teach girls to shrink themselves, to make themselves smaller. We say to girls: “You can have ambition, but not too much.” You should aim to be successful but not too successful otherwise you will threaten the man. Because I am female I am expected to aspire to marriage. I am expected to make my life choices always keeping in mind that marriage is the most important. A marriage can be a source of joy and love and mutual support. But why do we teach girls to aspire to marriage and we don’t teach boys the same? We raise girls to see each other as competitors not for jobs or for accomplishments, which I think can be a good thing. But for the attention of men. We teach girls that they cannot be sexual beings in the way that boys are. Feminist: A person who believes in the economic, social and political equality of the sexes.

This is the best part of this song. And because it's in a song by such an influential person, it is teaching so many girls across America what feminism is. WHY we should be feminist. Why we SHOULD strive for equality! And that society is what teaches us women should be on lower standards. Something needs to change.

I find it really interesting how the Kardashian ladies get so much bad talk from people, especially Kim. 

All 3 of the Kardashian girls (Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney) are entrepreneurs. It is so utterly frustrating that people say that these 3 girls are famous for "doing nothing". I don't disagree that perhaps in the beginning the limelight came for the wrong reason at first for Kim Kardashian. Due to her sex tape she got a lot of spot light. However she took that negativity and turned it into positivity and along with her sisters, they built an empire. They are intelligent business women. They have a clothing line 'Kardashian Kollection', a children's line they recently introduced and have paired up with OPI to have their own Kardashian nail line. Kim has numerous of her own fragrances. Aside that, the girls also have a store 'DASH' located in over 3 major cities throughout America. It may seem like they sit home and do nothing all day because they play hard, but they work harder. The live the luxurious lifestyle they do because they work for it!
