[Throwback Post] 8 February 2014, RTM Mum was invited as one of the cancer survivors to speak about her experience before and after cancer. This show was recorded under the topic of World Cancer Day. It has been 11 years since she was diagnosed. The cancer was in her ENT area, somewhere at the tonsil location on the neck. She had to go through a somewhat 15-hour operation, beautifully done by 5 superheroes from HUKM. Mummy, you're a very strong woman, probably the strongest one in the family. You went through the hard times gracefully, positively, despite the down times you had to endure daily for many many months... This too shall pass people say, and it did. Syukur alhamdulillah. 1 Nov 2021 Singgora, Kota Bharu Such a wonderful experience to be dining here. Owner Abe Mat is such a humble person, introduced us to Sambal Cepu. 18 August 2020 Exactly a year ago, when everything was so much better, Malaysians were allowed to go on holidays, meet friends and family, dine out, and shop. This month, we managed to hit horrible numbers, and yet what some of us are complaining about is how bored we are at home, and how we can't wait to go shopping and dine-in at the mall again... I'm just so glad to be working at home, looking at @syafiq_ismail and our kids' faces, knowing that we still have a roof above our heads and food on the table. Boredom, anger, sadness, stress, claustrophobic, are not the priority anymore right now. I just hope I will be able to see my parents again. This is just me pinning this here so that it becomes a memory one day - if I live long enough to actually be reading this again. So before you start typing away with words that are not nice, negative, or self-pity, STOP.
