I know things are hard, but you are worth it. Maybe the head is telling you that you aren’t, but you are. Recovery is an option, it is always an option. Choosing to better yourself and recognizing what you are doing is wrong is hard, but I am proud of you. You are working so hard, don’t be so hard on yourself.

Go out and have a walk! Getting motivation to do things sometimes is hard, but doing tiny things for yourself here and there is a step towards recovery.
