This duet completely stole my heart. I was not prepared for the emotional rollercoaster that Nina’s story would take me on. She’s a beautifully broken FMC who made me ache with every trigger, every outburst — but I couldn’t stop rooting for her. I just wanted her to find peace and strength after everything she’s endured.

Her parents’ love was such a bright light in the darkness, and you could feel how hard it was for them to let her go so she could find her independence. That’s when her men come in — Kai, Henry, Trevor, and Ridge.

Y.V. Larson did such a great job writing these four in a way that makes them all feel like pieces of one whole. Each one complements Nina in a unique way, and together, they’re not just helping her heal — they’re healing, too. It’s rocky, raw, and real at the start, but you can feel something beautiful growing between them. I loved how authentic and vulnerable the bond feels.

And then… THAT CLIFFHANGER. 😱 The Queen of Cliffhangers strikes again! I’m dying to know what happens next — will Nina survive her encounter with Mr. M (aka Monster)?!

This book must be read first to fully understand the deep connections and trauma binding these characters. I loved every minute of it. If you’re made of broken pieces, prepare to be seen, shattered, and slowly stitched back together by this story.

Okay, this book? Had me in my feelings.

Tobias is a beautifully written bi-awakening romance that took its time in all the right ways. The relationship between Tobias and Theo wasn’t instant or easy—it was messy, vulnerable, full of tension, and real. And that made their HEA so much more satisfying.

I didn’t think I needed a gamer/omegaverse romance in my life… but then Game Over happened and completely wrecked me (in the best way). 😩🔥

Tara, Charlie, and Jesse? Their chemistry is insane. The tension, the emotional depth, the slow-burn spice (and then not-so-slow 👀)… it had me up way too late reading. You can feel their connection building in every scene — it’s messy, raw, sweet, and so hot.

The character development was honestly so satisfying. Watching their dynamic shift and deepen felt earned, and even though the story was deliciously spicy, it didn’t skip on the heart.

I came for the chaos and kink. I stayed for the feelings.

Now I need the next book. Immediately.

Book Review: Lingering Lust (The Blackthorn Clan #2) by Luna Knight

Trigger warning was clearly stated at the beginning—huge respect for that.

This book had all the vibes. Luna Knight continues to push boundaries with bold, emotional storytelling that really hits deep. Juniper and Lainey’s journey is intense, raw, and beautifully developed. Their emotional growth felt authentic and so easy to connect with.

The pacing, the tension, the character depth—it all just worked. Luna Knight has a way of making you feel every beat of her characters’ hearts.

Lingering Lust exceeded my expectations, and I’m already counting down the days until the next installment.
