#Epstein #EpsteinList #Epsteinadasi #EpsteinClientList Jeffrey Epstein list: New documents reveal paedophile’s responses to sex trafficking claims
Over the past week thousands of pages of court documents relating to late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, have been made public after US judge Loretta Preska ordered the release of filings in a lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell.
The documents named scores of prominent figures including, Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump and Victoria’s Secret boss Les Wexner. Being identified through the court documents does not mean that the individual was involved in or aware of any wrongdoing by Epstein.
The final batch of documents, released on Tuesday, included depositions from Ms Giuffre, Maxwell and Epstein.
In Epstein’s deposition, he was questioned about his campaign of abuse of young and underage girls. He pleaded the Fifth over 1,000 times.

#Epstein #EpsteinList #Epsteinadasi #EpsteinClientList Epstein papers leave questions about what powerful men knew about his crimes
The new trove of documents linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, which was released by a federal court over the past two weeks, didn't unmask any major public figures or include shocking revelations.
But the documents include claims from Epstein's alleged victims who say prominent men who socialized with Epstein must have known what was going on and failed to blow the whistle — even if they didn't engage in criminal behavior themselves.
"If you walked foot into Jeffrey Epstein's house and you went in there and you continued to be an acquaintance of his then you would have to know what was going on there," Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's alleged victims, testified in a newly revealed 2016 deposition.
"I would say the first time they came to [Epstein's home] there is nude pictures everywhere. These are [photographs of] salacious acts of girls, young girls doing things to each other that would be considered child pornography," she added.

#Epstein #EpsteinList #Epsteinadasi #EpsteinClientList Jeffrey Epstein: Fifth and final batch of documents released
A fifth and final batch of court documents relating to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has been released.
Among the 1,400 pages of records are depositions with Epstein and his former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell. This last trove shows Epstein refused hundreds of times to answer lawyers' questions, including about alleged blackmail of famous men. The documents have been released as part of a lawsuit brought by sex-trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre. The legal action, filed in 2015, was settled in 2017. Maxwell has since been jailed for 20 years for helping Epstein abuse young girls. She is appealing against her conviction. The court records contain a transcript of Epstein's 2016 sworn deposition in which he repeatedly invoked his fifth amendment constitutional right against self-incrimination.

#Epstein #EpsteinList #Epsteinadasi #EpsteinClientList What We Do and Don't Know About Jeffrey Epstein
Financier Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in July 2019 on charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking. He was denied bail ahead of his trial. Epstein died while in jail, and his death was officially ruled a suicide by the New York City medical examiner. Epstein, a convicted sex offender who previously served 13 months in a Palm Beach county jail, had a high-profile social circle. His former associates include Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, and Queen Elizabeth's son Prince Andrew. In July 2020, his ex-girlfriend and longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested on charges relating to Epstein's sex trafficking operation. She was found guilty of 5 out of 6 charges, and in June 2022, she was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Court papers relating to Epstein were unsealed in January 2024 under a judge’s orders. The papers formed part of defamation lawsuit that Virginia Giuffre filed against Ghislaine Maxwell and included the testimony of Epstein victims, as well as that of witnesses and other evidence relevant to the now-settled 2015 case.

The attorney asked whether this was intended to be used as "blackmail material". Epstein refused to answer any of the questions, repeatedly responding by saying just the word "fifth" over 500 times.

#Epstein #EpsteinList #Epsteinadasi #EpsteinClientList Epstein court files damage Prince Andrew’s hopes of restoring reputation
The release of court documents relating to the late child sex offender and financier Jeffrey Epstein reduces any hopes the Duke of York had of rehabilitating his reputation.
The accusations against Andrew, from groping a woman’s breast in an alleged encounter involving a puppet version of the prince, to claims he had sex with an underage Virginia Giuffre, are given fresh airing.
The documents, the first of a tranche to be unsealed on the order of Judge Loretta Preska, were gathered for Giuffre’s 2015 defamation case against Epstein’s former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell is said to have introduced Andrew to the financier, and is serving 20 y

Previously sealed court documents identifying people associated with disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were made public on Wednesday.
The 943 pages of court filings are related to a lawsuit by Virginia Giuffre, an alleged sex trafficking victim, against Epstein's longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who was found guilty in 2021 of conspiring with the financier and sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Maxwell was accused of luring girls to Epstein's various homes for him to abuse. She has maintained her innocence and has appealed her conviction.
Epstein, who was accused of preying on underage girls as young as 14, died at the age of 66 in a jail cell of suicide before he could stand trial in Manhattan on sex trafficking charges. Authorities determined he hanged himself. He always denied any wrongdoing.
At the time, he was already a convicted sex offender after being found guilty by a Florida state court in 2008 of one count of soliciting prostitution and one count of soliciting prostitution from a minor.

#Epstein #EpsteinList #Epsteinadasi #EpsteinClientList Virginia Giuffre Claimed Jeffery Epstein Paid Her $15,000 to Have Sex with Prince Andrew
Virginia Giuffre claimed that she was paid thousands of dollars by convicted sex offender Jeffery Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew, according to court documents unsealed in New York City on Tuesday.
Giuffre made the allegation during a videotaped January 2016 deposition in Florida court as part of a lawsuit against former Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz. She spoke as a non-party in a lawsuit filed against Dershowitz, Epstein’s former attorney, by her lawyers Bradley J. Edwards and Paul G. Cassell.
In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Giuffre was asked if she was “paid 10 to $15,000 by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein for having sex with Prince Andrew?” in a time frame identified as 2011.
“Yes, I did receive $15,000. I don't know what equivalent that is to pounds. I received it in American dollars,” she replied, referring to the difference in British and American currency.

#Epstein #EpsteinList #Epsteinadasi #EpsteinClientList U.S. List of Jeffrey Epstein's associates named in lawsuit can be unsealed, judge rules. Here are details on the document release.
A list of Jeffrey Epstein's alleged victims and associates — some of whom have been accused of being involved in the disgraced financier's exploitation and abuse of underage girls — could be unsealed and made public as soon as today. That comes after a judge ruled in mid-December that the information should be unsealed, but delayed the release until January to give those involved time to appeal their listing.
Documents with names of Jeffrey Epstein's contacts have been unsealed — here are key takeaways More than 150 names may be made public as part of a settled civil lawsuit against British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell — who was found guilty of conspiring with Epstein to sexually abuse underage girls for at least a decade — brought by Virginia Giuffre, who accused Maxwell of recruiting her for abuse.
Giuffre has called Maxwell "the mastermind" behind Epstein's sex trafficking ring.
The list of names could include Epstein's accused co-conspirators as well as a wide range of people listed in the lawsuit.

At the other end of the dial, popular conservative commentator Glenn Beck told his 450,000 paid subscribers that “we know Bill Clinton’s mentioned 50 times” in the Epstein documents, while failing to note that the prominent Democrat’s name appeared repeatedly because of a legal argument over a witness’ truthfulness – and not because of any new claims of wrongdoing by Clinton.
