Yes. There is such a big difference between the friendship between mercenaries and heavymedic...

Honestly, even if you don't ship heavymedic, you have to admit that they're hinted to be a couple in canon.

You'd say, "You're making things up, Jam! They're just best friends!" but I think a man pinching another man's cheek and laughing in a closed room, while ignoring an ongoing battle outside(their team is losing), is at least a little bit gay...and it's just one example.
