Perhaps an obvious pick, but still a classic location and often underused! There are several tables, some with food and drink, and some have NPCs. There’s an NPC waitress that walks around the tables, so there’s definitely a nice faux tavern ambience if you can tolerate the foot traffic of random players running around.
