honestly, the fact that you had such little muscle but so much fat was really hot. like, your arms still looked kinda scrawny despite the massive gut. just pure flab

good idea, however i’m pretty lazy when it comes to workouts 😅 maybe i’ll try it the next time gaining

How big would you have let yourself get if you had no health problems?

my goal was to be obese by bmi, so around 100 kg

i’m not that fat anymore, and i got quite a lot of comments from family and friends lol

What kind of health problems do you have to face and do they keep you from gaining to your full potential?

i had fatty liver disease but it has completely healed by now. i’m also on medication for high blood pressure. so unfortunately, not exactly the best genetic setup for being overweight 😅
